Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

As always the staff are very friendly and helpful, with check in super quick and easy. Room was a decent size and had small kitchenette. Coffee machine is a bonus too. Bed comfy but its a double not queen.

New ZealandNot easy to find parking in basement, lots of building materials in the parking area. Used laundry service - Self help, washers didn't wash properly, driers didn't work. Old outdated machines. Cleaner took one of the two room keys issued, didn't return. Asked reception to replace, which they did. Cleaner left aircon on full so when we returned later that evening, freezing cold room greeted us, and cold air blowing full on into our faces and on bed.
Reception staff were lovely, breakfast was great, good value for money. Location was great.

AustraliaThe bathroom was tiny and narrow. The normal shower head (if you didnt want to use the rain shower head) was on a pole in the middle of the bathroom which pointed awkwardly at the wall leaving barely any room to stand under the water.
Comfy bed and decent size room with couch, desk and small table. Coffee machine was a nice touch. Pretty decor, loved the cherry blossom mural behind the bed. Lots of bench space. 10 min walk to Bell station, 5 mins from the 86 tram.

AustraliaUnfortunately the lady at the fastfood breakfast station was on her first day and wasn't trained or supervised on her first day and she struggled to handle the people coming thru. Not her fault as she was left on her own on day one.
Nice clean rooms with a comfortable bed and kitchen facilities. Shower and bathroom were clean and suitable for all. Mirror standby light was a bit bright making the whole room a bit lit even when all the lights were turned off.
