Stains on the towels and bed sheets. Looked like old fake tan stains. Shower screen made water run out the shower and wet over the toilet area.

The view and location. Buffet breakfast was yummy. When check in looked long, staff were quick to get other staff on to check people in. Process was quick and easy.

The bathroom could have been bigger and the showers force could have been stronger. The tv could of have had more features like youtube, web browser.

The location was the best. Very close to the beach and lots of shopping around. The lifts were super fast which was convenient. The breakfast was super yummy and it had plenty of options to choose from.

beds were very comfortable location was great pool area needs an upgrade Girl at front desk was rude that checked me in. She kept hinting that i was sneaking in extra adults and there would be extra charges My two teenagers are quite large for their age. I had booked for two adults and two childen which is what we are.

Only problem was the noise coming from the rooftop bar across the road and screaming from the sling shot until all hours of the night. Heard even with the doors and curtains closed.

An exhaust fan in the bathroom would have been handy. Plus we had no beach towels on our room, as when we went to the pool, we had to go to reception to ask about towels.

Location is spot on! Could not have been more central. Staff were polite, helpful and attentive.

The rooms didn't have great sound proofing so we could hear the elevator ding everytime and everytime someone opened and closed their door. I also witnessed an individual injecting himself with drugs in the couch to the entrance to the breakfast area. This was very confronting. However when I alerted staff it was delt with immediately.

The location was amazing, staff were lovely and the rooms were clean and tidy. The breakfast was also nice.

Balcony was dirty but was promptly cleaned on request. A very busy hotel. Some noise from outside experienced on level 6.

Great location and helpful and friendly staff. Lobby cafe great to relax with the kids. Good heated pool. Comfortable king bed. Kids breakfast in lobby cafe was great value!

Noise from activities down on the street was quite high and went late into the night. The ocean view is off to the side of balcony, rather than looking directly onto beach, so would have liked to have that in description of room.

The room was a good size and beds comfortable. Easy to find and smooth to check in.

The swimming pool was fairly crowded as it is a bit small for the size of the hotel. There was long wait for lifts to get up and down the lift. It was nearly impossible to get to the carpark. Parking also limited.

Amazingly friendly and helpful staff. Amazing location to the beach and to fascilities, fun, restaurants, stores, markets, just everything.

Well, the only downside is that the hotel doesn't have its own parking, and we had to pay $30, plus there were almost no free parking spaces when we arrived as the people who were shopping.

The room was clean, staff was friendly, location was great, and central to Surfers Paradise. Plus we got a free upgrade to a newer room, so that was nice!

Just the noise but I think that can only be fixed with different glass in the windows and door to the outside. Also just the elevators are a little slow and make some interesting noises while going up and down lol

Was on floor 27 room was nice view was nice it was quite noisey in the room and elevators were a little slow. Apart from that my stay was great. I would stay at the Novotel again.
