Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

AustraliaWhen the room was made up, there were no bin liners put back in the bins, and some of the rubbish was left in the rooms... plus no tea bags.. we found an empty bottle of water under the bed from the last people. Also the meals have not changed since September, they are the same only more expensive because they give you wine. But I don't drink. They need fried eggs on the buffet as they are $14 for 2 eggs. $25 Per person and kids eat free is great, but you have to remember and book the night before, or you have to pay $36 per person, which is steep. A bigger fridge and a microwave wave would be nice in these rooms The bathrooms are a little small, and the shower over the bath isn't good for people who have hip problems. If I had my parents there, they wouldn't be able to get in that shower
The staff were very friendly , the location was perfect. Breakfast was lovely all you could eatmake sure you book it the night before.. Beds comfy. But it would be better if it were two singles and a queen. Anzac morning biscuits were perfect.. thank you

AustraliaThe pillows were all firm and high....some need to be soft and low. There was no QR code for the room service menu in the room. The body wash was empty when we arrived and was not filled when the room was serviced during our stay.
The location was great with easy walking to Darling Harbour and the Haymarket area was well as train and light rail services. The rooms were a great size, they were clean, with comfortable beds and a good shower.

Australia-no obvious wheelchair or pram accessibility to the property with stairs only at the front. We didn't require a ramp, but if you did, even mindful of having to carry heavy luggage, I'd definitely ask the property.
-11am late checkout felt much more relaxed after a late night out for a show. -Bag storage so we could go out for lunch on our day of check out without lugging suitcases. -comfortable larger rooms with a bath. -nice short stroll to Chinatown, Capitol Theatre, Central Station and the lightrail to explore the city.

SpainThe only thing l did not like is that, on my last day there out of five, the room service job was very superficial: they did not put the pillows on the bed, left an used spoon on the table, did not leave any floor mats for the shower... pretty pretty rushed, which sorta stained the experience of what otherwise is, a very good hotel.
The staff is very helpful and attentive. The rooms are comfy to be in and with cozy lights. Breakfast is wonderful, though l wish it would have been earlier during the weekends. The hotel is well located, yet very quiet.

United StatesThe rooms are very dated, and the furniture is worn. Definitely needs a refresh. We realize that ownership had just changed when we arrived (this happened between the time we booked and when we arrived). Hopefully they will start updating the rooms.
The location and lobby area were great. Easy walk to Darling Harbor and the light rail. All areas of the hotel were clean.
