Reverse cycle did not work very well would work for max 20 mins and then switch off completely ,and I think this would be due to how unclean the filter was inside the unit,it was filthy dirty and also the exhaust fan in the bathroom was extremely dirty.

The wifi wasn’t working The neighbours were playing loud music which was addressed after I made a call to reception after 3 days in a row. They stayed in the same hut last year and did the same thing. At this point I would say they are taking the piss out of NRMAs rules. Thank you for addressing it I really appreciate it

I really loved the swing gate on the balcony which made me feel very safe with our toddler when on the balcony Lots of blankets was great

Wasn’t the park’s fault, but we had a group next to us being so loud way past the quiet hours, up til like 3am. This is expected I guess.

The facilities at the park, the jumping pillow, pool area, the kids club free of charge for the kids with plenty of arts and crafts activities, and more! The view of the beach so close was beautiful, hearing the sound of the beach whilst sleeping.

I'm struggling to think of anything, so nothing.

Above all, the playgrounds, water park and pool were fantastic for a family with small children. The location was excellent - our cabin overlooked the Short Point Beach area and our son's family had a cabin just above the cliffs. The staff were attentive and helpful and the park buildings and grounds were in excellent condition. The cabin was a little dated but clean. Not everything can be brand new so it was fine. We could not fault it.

The Safari tent location is on the main exit road so had the noise of vehicles leaving the park, also close to the children's water park and water slides so noisey through the day, great for kids however not for sleepy afternoon naps. Although a short drive into town for shopping I feel there could be more opportunity for a small shop near reception for some main staples such as milk, bread or just some crackers and dips.

A great spot to relax with a great view overlooking Middle Beach. Close by walks around the beaches and lookouts, a short drive into Merimbula for shopping.

I didn’t like that I had to leave to come back to reality 🤣 We wanted to stay longer…

The location was perfect, right on the beach. We stayed in the spa villa, that was really clean. Beds comfortable! The coffee van in the beach car park was awesome and so convenient. We all LOVED the pool so much, it was so clean, so Crystal clear. Honestly the best pool I’ve swam in at any of the holiday parks/resorts I have stayed in.. The water slide was a lot of fun too! I really loved how kid friendly this place was and the fact the pool, splash zone and jumping pillow was open until dusk- big winner!! Other parks close theirs at 6pm in the middle of summer and school holidays which is very annoying… Bar beach is just around the corner and that is such a beautiful place to visit, nice and clean and great for the kids to swim in as there’s no waves to knock them over.. I will definitely be back, recommend this place 100%! Oh and the staff were lovely, so friendly too!!
