Bathroom was tired, the vent had dust and mould. The grout was pretty old and dirty.

The pool was amazing. Now ... if it was heated it would be world renown, though perhaps might accelerate climate change! Bed was great!

My tv remote wasn't working for both tvs, the room personally wasn't worth how much it costs. The food (the restaurant attached) was cold

Not enough kitchen supplies. No drinking glasses or even a few biscuits to go with coffee or tea as a simple gesture to welcome guests.

The resort, it has everything you need. The pool, sauna, spa, gym and location. Very close to shops

The pool is amazing. The jacuzzi/spa is actually heated. It is relaxing and lovely. The banana waffle from the restaurant was great great location near the shopping centre, service station and central to most bays and activities.

The shutters on the windows let in quite a bit of light at night. The pool was a bit cool to swim for us but we enjoyed looking at it and the beautiful gardens

This is a lovely relaxing place to stay. We spent two nights to explore the area. Our hotel style room was fabulous, even had a pool view. The kitchenette and bathroom were very small but adequate, with everything we needed. There is a great little shopping centre only a 5 minute walk away with a choice of supermarkets. Staff were nice. The pool looks lovely but we didn’t swim.

Our bedding was stained on arrival but was quickly rectified. The tv in our room didn’t work , we where told it would be looked at and fixed but nothing was done to rectify the issue during the course of our 4 night stay .

The resort itself was beautiful , rooms were very spacious and equipped with everything for a 4 night stay . Kitchen was great along with laundry . Lovely aesthetic and great facilities . The restaurant had a great menu also !

We did find old mouldy food in the microwave which was no doubt left by the previous guests. The smell was quite unpleasant. The staff, once notified, did apologise and come to the room with deodoriser and cleaned the microwave. I also left my pillow behind in the room, which was found and taken to reception. Unfortunately when I picked it up the following afternoon, my expensive silk pillowcase was missing and has still not been located. Disappointing since my pillow is a hard small rectangle which is very different to the resort pillows and would be easily identified as not being a part of the room.

Had a lot of trouble with the tv . Restaurant is separately owned and food was great but service wasn't , no sugar offered for tea and coffee , no salt and pepper offered for food , no napkins given , easy things that they should get right

On my first day I was able to get an early cappuccino, as the restaurant opened early the rest of our time it didn’t open till 12. Only a minor detail though, as the reception staff were kind enough to send over a Nespresso machine with pods, when I asked for one.

The one bedroom apartment was perfect, the swim out pool was just amazing so convenient and the pool was crystal clear. I saw the hard working staff daily keep the pool and hot tubs clean. Loved the tennis courts and steam room, and lap pool. I simply cannot fault our stay. The cocktails and mocktails were great at happy hour, they were delicious.

We could hear traffic noise through the night and people yelling a bit. I like things real quiet. If we come again I would love a really quiet room somewhere. WE sat on the balcony in the cool morning but there was no sun so a bit chilly so my ideal room is , quiet, overlooking the pool and in the sun.

I loved the pool. Fantastic! I love swimming and have never been in such a long pool. It was cold! so I just did a couple of laps around, 1km.
