Unfortunately the bed was very very uncomfortable.

The pool was a god send, well maintained and secluded. The apartment had everything in it.

Unfortunately had extremely loud neighbours and they partied until early hours of the am. Windows facing corridor aloud noise to come straight into rooms at night.

Entering after 7pm is not easy. Possibly better lit entrance in iorder to see numbers to type in code. Also, instructions to find room light switch upon entering at night.

Parking out the back is a bit tight but manageable. But it is a secure parking area. Most guests seem to not have a car. All our tours we booked picked us up from the apartment, so we probably didn't need to hire a car.

The pool was awesome. 2 teenagers loved it. Quiet warm and refreshing. Booked 2 bedroom apartment and motel room due to the size of our party. The apartment had everything we needed. The location was close to town. We were under the flight path, so we could hear the planes flighing during the day. Air-conditioners worked great. Gated secure parking, bit tight to manuvour. Would stay again

Despite being comfortable, the rooms need a bit of TLC. On occasions, the hotel is on the flight path to the airport so there can be aircraft noise until the flights stop.

The pool looked nice but we were not able to use it as we were only there for a couple of nights. The beds were comfortable and clean. The location is quite central with easy access to main services, the city and the airport. There are shops, diners and a pub within walking distance. The staff were very helpful at all times.

Only minor things such as the sofa with it’s taped-up repairs and the harsh neon-strip light in the double bedroom but got used to those things quite quickly.

The manager, Mike, was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. First impression of the apartment in the gloom of arriving on a dark day/evening of torrential rain was of a stark, drab place. But when a day later it got sunny, it was just right. Peaceful, well-equipped and with a great shower, etc.

In-between cleaning is only for those who finish more than 7 days. No supplies are refilled in between. Toilet roles are provided on a very minimal basis. For 4 of us for 5 days, we got 2 rolls! The rest you have to buy. The room we booked had cooking facilities, but the utensils were not enough. Sugar, coffee, milk, etc we just buy when the initial 4 to 6 packets are done.

Mike made sure all are looked after. The location is great. Bikes available for rent. Very secure place. Access codes for both the entry and car park. There is a coin-operated laundry facility. $4 per wash. Coles Express and other shops nearby. Could walk to CBD

The bathroom was a little mouldy in the tiles in the shower area. The fridge door wouldn't close due to freezing up of the ice box.

The pool looks lovely. They have bike rental if you want to explore the area. Rooms are basic but suitable for my needs.
