Despite our visit being outside of peak season, we encountered substantial queues for both breakfast and dinner.

Absolutely delighted with the exceptional standard of service. The staff went above and beyond, demonstrating brilliance, kindness and unwavering helpfulness throughout our stay. Their communication was impeccable, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience. The food was delightful, complementing the fantastic location perfectly. You could have juice with breakfast, but the only all inclusive drink options for lunch and dinner were either water or wine. A few drink options for the other two meals could have been nice. But that was honestly a minor issue.

Fantastic location. Very close to the beach. Nice big rooms that were cleaned Very well everyday. Great surprise when we were upgraded to all inclusive. The food selection for all three meals was good. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. We got the number 9 bus from the aiport which stops outside the hotel. The bus runs every hour and only costs €4. The pool area was great with sun loungers available. The sandy beach is a short walk from the hotel, with other sandy beaches not too far of a walk from the hotel. I would recommend the hotel.

The restaurant doesn't offer much of a choice except on the salad bar. Tip to visitors if you like salt .. take your own, and if you like pepper also because they don't provide. They only have about 5 or 6 pots near the oils and dressings for all the guests. Can't take them to your table. Food seems to be aimed at Spanish guests.

Despite the overall cleanliness and the fact that the entire hotel was cleaned daily, we had a big problem in the bathroom. It was mold. This little thing upset us quite a bit

Our vacation here was just incredible. All the staff was friendly, the cleaning every day was very good. The food was delicious. Special thanks to the lovely boys at the bar. The atmosphere is great and right next to the hotel there is a nice and clean sandy beach, as well as a small port from which you can take a vacation to the city and other parts of the island

Breakfast could go a little later.

We didn't realize it was an all-inclusive when we booked it so that was a very pleasant surprise. Having drinks by the pools was perfect.

Very loud people at all hours through the night. (also while closing the room door because you literally had to slam the door to shut, so we woke up to each person going back to room during the night)

Fantastic location with an excellent view. Rooms were clean and decent size ( also everyday fresh towels) and food was great (lunch and dinner), but breakfast was still the same without change. Staff is very friendly and helpful. ( all of them :) ) Service was great.

the room not as advertised, the door don’t close from the inside , didn’t feel safe, very loud people at late hours , our last night was a disaster we had early flight , but couldn’t sleep because there was people fighting next to our room,screaming loudly it was a violent fight, I was so scared to be honest.

first of all it’s a great location, 1minute walk to the beach , the food is overall okay you have plenty of choice. friendly staff

All inclusive cocktails all tasted the same and not much alcohol in them.

As I went for all inclusive, not to many options for the food and not too tasty, also i realised that they re-use the food from lunch for the diner, make it in a different way. Also i hate that thing with giving 1€ when u get a cup of drink, and to be given back when u returning the cup. Sometimes u just forget about carrying this with u, and is so annoying, when u all u want is just to relax.

Was very close to the beach, also they have 2 pools and 2 restaurants which is giving u more space. Staff was nice and tried to answer all my questions.
