It is a little dated, the water mixers could do their job a bit better.

This apartment building is an amazing remainder from a time when going up in the buildings lift didn't make your ears pop. A laid back friendly place, right on the beach and one street shy of cavill ave the Olympus apartments have seen the Gold Coast grow from its infanthood and its stills ranks proudly amongst its shiny, contemporaries. Everything in the apartment was clean, nothing was broken the doors, kettle, air con, washer and dryer and gave quality performances but the best bit... The balcony. To be able to sit comfortably with a friend on the balcony overlooking the water without knuckles gripped white on the arm rests of chairs everytime the wind blows, that to me, is truely a great base to a perfectly relaxing holiday.

It was miles cleaner than last time, but my wife still had to wipe the wooden headboard clean. It were stained brown in some places. Besides that, we were very happy w/ everything else.

Location is best. Sleep to the sound of the surf. It was a tremendous improvement from our previous stay. Management seems to have changed and things have improved. But, apts are individually owned, and I cannot speak for the others.

Not much of a complaint, but the kitchen lacked a few things like… steak knives and oven or pizza trays And the main bathroom had nowhere to hang towels. Other than that everything else was great!

I loved the location, beachfront with full beach/ocean views 😃 and walking distance to everything.

The apartment was very dated and in need of a good decor.. The size was ok, but overall, I was quite disappointed with my apartment... The receptionist was pleasant .. The whole building needs a good revamp..

Unit was hot. The air con did not reach the bedroom making sleeping uncomfortable in the height of summer holidays. Bedroom lighting was too bright

The apartment is rundown and needs a lot of upgrading, especially for the amount we paid. Also, not recommended for a family of x4 adults and 2 kids, not enough space even in the rooms. Washing machine and drier needs upgrading. Aircon needed in the rooms, the fans didn't help at all. There was no mop for wet floors, no vacuum either. We only got one key for access to our room so couldn't really 'do our own individual thing'.

The location was fantastic, beautiful views of the beach and the esplanade. Easy access to everywhere.

We were asked to clean the apartment and were threatened that if we don’t, we might be charged extra. This was extremely weird for us as it is a hotel providing a service for the guests, not the other way around :) cleaning by the staff should be included in the charges as in every other hotel all over the world….

Great location, close to the central area of Surfers Paradise with all the shops and restaurants. The apartment was fairly clean upon our arrival and it was more spacious than expected.

Check-in was meant to be at 2pm but when we arrived at the property 2:30pm it still wasn’t ready and we were told to wait. I got a call earlier from the lady at reception telling me that they are only open until 3pm to check-in but she didn’t mention that the room wasn’t ready. Had I known that, I wouldn’t have rushed to come by 3pm, I would have just checked in after hours. Also, this place isn’t big enough for 3 people. The bed they put in for the 3rd guest was super uncomfortable but luckily the man on the reception brought an extra mattress which made it better.
