What condition the room was in did not seem clean and there was some broken stuff, no place to heat up food and pool was cold, other than that I loved my stay and id book again.

Help full staff, supper kind and friendly willing to help where they can. Place is open 247 so perfect if you want to go anywhere, supper close to the beach, clubs and shops it was a really good locations would book there again.

The lobby looks new and maintained but other floors of the building look old and shabby. The hotel hallway needs repainting especially room doors with lots of scratches. The beds need to be replaced too because springs could really be noisy once you sit on it.

I love the city view from our room. It is very close to the beach and shops. There is a lot of street parking around the building. The hotel room was clean and the receptionists were helpful.

Needs a renovation, most things are old specially the carpets. No pool. No parking (there is a public one next door but you need to pay).

No on site parking. Offered a refund for parking that we were unable to use due to height of our vehicle. We were told the refund would take 30 days but we didn't receive it.

The breakfast buffet was not that great. Quite a bit of options but many of the choices provided were very oily. When we came back from room cleaning we were missing a towel and had to ask reception for another one :/

Not very clean and staff trying to rush you out of room at least 45 mins prior to check out by knocking on door to come in. Luckily answered in time as they were going to come in. In halls from 9am numerous cleaning carts blocking the way. Surprising considering it was not that clean. Maybe rooms need a bit of a face lift, deceptive as foyer quite lush, clean and expensive looking

Balcony was very exposed! Not sure about the sizing of the bars on the balcony. Hot tubs were mostly cold until the last day. We asked the lady in the spa, who was extremely rude and unhelpful. She clearly doesn’t like her job!

Accommodation was as expected. Excellent location. Unfortunately all 4 spas weren’t working in one way or another. I chose this accommodation due to the fact there were spas as my daughter has broken wrist, and would still be able to enjoy them.

The spa pipe were cold, so we could only last about 15 minutes in there. There were free drinking taps in games room, near reception. No cups. I tested one to see if they worked, it squirted out, and into a spill dish. A staff saw this and told me not to do this. I explained I was testing to see if it worked and asked about any cups. She explained that one need to use their own drink bottle. She then went and got a couple of paper cups. But filling these was difficult as the pressure just made the water spill everywhere. I waited until the lady returned to explain how I was sorry for the spill but it can't be helped. (Side note, the sparkling water tap wasnt sparkling.) A note/signage on these taps would be beneficial to hotel guests.

Breakfast was fine, your typical buffet breakfast, so nothing special, but adequate.
