Everything was amazing 👏🏻 only faults was there wasn't enough cutlery eg forks but we brought some disposable forks from Coles and couldn't use the sauna. Honestly, small problem everything was amazing. I will definitely be back again.

The location was fantastic, accessible to the beach ⛱ across the road, I was able to go for swim every morning and watching the sunrise 🌅 from bed was just spectacular. The room was great size, two bedroom, very clean and beds comfortable. Great desk for working holiday also. Close to local cafes, liquor store and tram around the corner Wax museum and other attractions within 10min walking distance. This apartment is in the heart of everything and 20min drive to the attraction parks,and airports. Went to visit friends at Sanctuary Cove which was a pleasant easy drive from here. So glad I decided to go with this apartment, rather than the newer modern hotels. These apartments may be older but it's been well taken care of and the renovations and furnishings make it very comfortable to stay. Reception area is very clean and inviting. The management is very nice, welcoming, friendly, responsive and so helpful. If they're not on site they respond to you really quickly on your phone. Really enjoyed out stay here, only sad to have had to leave. Thanks for the amazing stay.

The place was dirty, we found an empty beer bottle under the couch. the fans were extremely dusty and the floors were dirty. the door was partially off it’s hinges. water pressure in shower was awful. we were left waiting 20 minutes at reception before checking in even after calling the number twice.

We stayed in Apartment number 59. Do yourself a massive favour and avoid it at all costs. The place was filthy. Blinds dirty. The plug hole in the bathroom smelt as though someone died in there. The water pressure in the taps and shower was shocking. The icing on the cake was on the Friday night we had a room full of drunk teenagers staying above us. They were stomping on the floor ie our roof. I rang the onsite manager who said that he would fix the problem. Guesss what? He didn't and thought that I was a pain the backside for complaining.

we were unable to get into the gym and sauna and that there was no shampoo. However we didn’t mind and we still had a lovely stay!

We came here for my husbands birthday, arrived to lovely staff which said we have a beautiful appartment on a higher floor corner room. We the proceeded to park and make our way upstairs to a door which looks like it had been broken into or atleast attempted. Opened the door to see a badly painted old appartment which hasn't been cleaned and felt like someone had just left. There was 2 personal photos of a female left out with the amount of dust, and finger prints evedent that this has not been professionally cleaned to say the least. I have then gone down to the desk to ask for another room to be told they are fully booked and not possible to get that or even have it professionally cleaned. The male Attendant has asked to view the room to which he has said it is so hard to get cleaners during covid and international students.. He has arrived in the room and advised as privately owned its hard to set a standard. I have noted this appartment has not been renovated and that it is not what we paid for. I have then been told if we are going out he can organise a wipe down.. We have then had no option to spend $1000 more for accommodation cheapest avil option due to no other availability. I have felt dirty and disappointed in the accommodation standards and the only option which we had available to us. The next day the accommodation had the same property as the original amount for our stay. I could not be more disappointed that the next couple would find and only hope that those staying had a cleaner experience..

Apartment interior was very worn in many areas. Drawers falling apart, mirrors delamenating, curtain hooks missing, room had a musty smell like it hadn't been used very often. If I was to stay for more than 1 or 2 nights I wouldn't like the room we had.

Location and staff were great. The view was wonderful. Comfortable couch and perfect for the overnight we needed.

The apartment was dirty and old. Had been cheaply renovated, bath in main bathroom disgusting, thick dust on fans and bed in main bathroom, soap scum on showers. Apartment had a smell, kitchen cupboards and oven front dirty. no pillow cases on pillows. Old food in kitchen cupboards.

I stayed for a weekend with my 2 children. The location was amazing, from the bedrooms and balcony you can see the beach, nice pool and jacuzzi as well. An easy short walk to the centre, would happily stayed here for longer.

Accommodation - the place was very old and rundown and did not reassemble what was seen in the pictures. For example, there was tape attaining the carpet down or mirrors that were scratched and dirty, utensils with major stains including mugs or plates, toilet seats that was moving and many more things to mention. No extra toilet rolls or towels. Which the rolls on the paper holder were used already. Cleanliness - upon walking in, there were stains all over the mirrors and glasses, floors and toilets had visible stains or dirt. Blankets in the master bedroom was stained, rendering it unable for me and my wife to use. My 8 year old child also felt dirty and he stated that he felt unsafe. Staff - I had minimal interaction with the staff. However that was all I needed to create an impression. Upon finalising the check-in the next day, I asked staff for extra toilet paper and towels. The staffs first point was that there was a store across the road before I had to haggle to even get some toilet rolls and towels which should have already been there. Upon stating arguments, I finally ended up getting the rolls and towels.

Not a big deal, but some soft sheer curtains might be nice in the bedrooms. Still wake up to the view (with blinds open) but a little less bright in the mornings.

The only small things that could be improved would be to have blankets available (we found one light one in the cupboard, and used the throw blankets, but were cold); the pillows were all very hard; and perhaps have some instructions for the appliances. We did manage to google the manual for the dryer, but it took us a while to find the dishwasher after wondering what the remote did!

We loved everything about the property! The view was just amazing! Location was great.
