The kitchen needs updating, as there were not many utensils, pots to cook with. Food was getting stuck to the stainless steel pans and pots. Very outdated. The couch sunk in a lot and not comfyThe floor needed a mop. Our shower head in our ensuite fell apart on first use, and we had to use the other shower which was not repaired until the day we were leaving. Cleanliness could be improved, but I suppose it depends on the individual and their standards. We only had 2 dishwasher tablets left for us for the whole week and two sachets of laundry detergent, so we had to buy our own. Noise in the main bathroom was very annoying and could not be stopped. Just a continuous motor humming sound.

Location was amazing. We were on level 12 ocean view and we loved the view. Our apartment was a good size, The ocean is quite noisy, with a lot of surf waves, but still was very nice. Lots of beautiful birds an fresh air. Just lovely to sit on the balcony and look out to the ocean. Shower temperature and pressure was good. We were close to many shops and cafes and the pub which was close to walk to.

There were quite a few dead insects under the furniture in the lounge room when we moved the chairs. s

The view of the beach was great and we were close to the plaza which made access to shopping easy by foot or by bus. Using public transport was easy being so close to bus stops

Ocean view was really superb. Location was good with proximity to beach and shopping complex. Rooms and kitchen were good. Ideal for family stay. Enjoyed the pool.

Maintenance of the property wasn't as expected. The room was not cleaned well, we had to ask for start up supplies (toilet paper, dishcloth, bin bag, etc). The washing machine didn't work, and when we asked staff for attention to the matter they were quite dismissive. The fly screens were broken allowing insects in resulting in children being bitten by mosquitoes. The room needs some attention for this price point.

Facilities and building are a little dated.

Up high so a great view out to the ocean. Easy to get to the beach. Apartment was clean. Staff were friendly. Secure parking underneath accessed via lift.

The apartments definitely need more cooling in summer. The split system fully cools the loungeroom, however the bedrooms were extremely hot. Also the balcony railing is very low, cracked glass and I didn't feel comfortable having the kids on the balcony.

The 2 Bedroom apartment was great for our family of 5. The kitchen was fully self contained and we had absolutely everything we needed for our 5 night stay. The apartment was modern, spacious and very comfortable.

It’s a little outdated and would be nice to have aircon in the room as well as the aircon in the lounge takes a bit of time to cool both bedrooms.

The location is great and the apartment a fantastic size with pool/tennis court.
