It was a great place to stay. Just need to flag that not all rooms have air-conditioning. The lounge room had it but not the bedrooms. Best to check with the hotel before booking incised this is something that is important for you.

The garden apartment was excellent value but we’ll definitely be springing for an upper floor as I am supremely jealous of the views. The wind got a little crazy but thankfully we were warned beforehand.

If you’re looking for a modern, slick, and pristine apartment this is not it. What it is: the best way I can sum it up is an Airbnb without the awkward hassle with hosts. You get the benefit of a large, comfortable, and sweetly decorated apartment with every amenity you could need for a self-sufficient stay, and actually relax and feel like a guest. You could not possibly fault this location, a few strides to one of the prettiest and quietest beaches in Coffs, and a 5 minute drive to shops and restaurants.

The showers were extremely touchy, hard to have the water at a warm temp. could benefit from bbq facilities being undercover.

We booked this accommodation specifically because it had a pool, however we were informed 2 days before that it was out of use due to a leak. It was then too late to change the booking. Could we please be considered for some sort of partial reimbursement? Because we booked through Booking.com the owners requested that we ask you directly as they couldnt help us with this.

There were a couple of teething issues. Our booking was lost, a balcony door didn't lock (not safe with young kids), the pool was out of order, the apartment was dated. The owners locked off the bedroom with the dodgy balcony door and charged us for a 2 bedder instead of a 3 - so that resolved that issue. Most disappointing was the pool - there were no signs, no notifications, nothing. It was just locked. When questioned, reception advised it was broken, then became defensive and said they were as upset as we were. I understand it was frustrating for them but to not even put up a notice was disappointing. We saw many confused guests trying to get in. The owners/management are new and still finding their feet. Hopefully as they settle in, they can get the place running a little more smoothly. Overall we enjoyed our stay, despite feeling it was a little overpriced. We appreciated the free late check out when our flight was changed.

Really quiet location, directly opposite the beach - but not near shops or cafes. Very spacious apartment, really well spread out. Tennis court and rackets/balls.

The only issue we encountered was that the unit we stayed in hadn't been thoroughly cleaned about which we advised the manager on our departure. However this didn't impact on the enjoyment of our stay at Pacific Towers and all common areas of the resort were very well maintained.

The location of Pacific Towers Beach Resort is excellent. It is directly opposite the beach, a short walk from cafes and only a couple of minutes drive to a shopping centre. The managers of the resort, Sharon and Stephen, are extremely friendly and helpful and surprised us by upgrading us to a beautiful 2 bedroom unit with superb views.

Unit kitchen needs going through, not enough stuff if both bedrooms rented. Main bathroom locked.
