Maybe the big step outside the room, it's perhaps a bit difficult for some people to navigate.

Comfortable bed, clean and tidy room, good facilities in room, awesome shower, very helpful and friendly service. It is an older motel, so obviously older styled room, but still very quaint.

I did not like that it was so close to the main highway and trains. There was a gap in the door. It was quite cool, so I needed to put an extra blanket on the bed. The room and bathroom were a bit small and needed some repairs and renovations. Walls were thin; I could hear conversations next door.

The bed was comfortable, and the shower was good.

The older guy is rather grumpy on the phone. We were going to be there after hours. I called to discuss it. This seemed to irritate him. Part and parcel of dealing with the public. We ask questions even if they are obvious to you. . Be nice or don't run a hotel. The younger guy was lovely to deal with though. The place was perfect otherwise

It was a bit noisy from road and train line but otherwise no other problems.

It had everything we needed, except for maybe couple sets of draws to put clothes in. The kitchen area had everything we wanted as did the bathroom. It’s an older motel which obviously needs updating but it had that clean smell when you walked in and owner and staff were very accommodating.

Nothing, It totally suited me

Couple that run it are great, I am an older citizen and they reminded me of olden days when you could understand the motel people and vise versa. Older style Motel, but everything was great and clean and spacious.. It's a bit out of the main drag of the town so you need a car to get to anywhere. I was traveling around by car so it didn't bother me.

There was a lot of traffic noise, which we are not used to, the room was on the small side & even though it had air conditioning we would of liked to have the door open for fresh air - perhaps fly screen door would be nice. Neither of us liked the pillows for some reason

It was neat & clean, the shower had plenty of space, water pressure good, bed was comfortable & so were the chairs. Overall the room had everything we needed, it was just a little old in style which kind of added to it's charm.

There was a discrepancy between the address in the navigation system and the actual address, which caused me to knock on other people’s doors.

While I didn't see any staff, I received instructions on the day of my arrival that were clear. A little dated, however, I had a clean room and bathroom, good shower, comfy bed, tea/coffee in room and it felt secure. That's what I needed and that's what I got, so perfectly happy with my stay.
