The rooms - Air conditioning in the room was set and locked on 14.9 degrees (freezing) and the beds were so short and too small (double bed). Time to paint and update the rooms (looking old and out of date) such as the curtains. The bathroom is badly designed with the main bathroom door crashing into the shower door. To dark in the bathroom for applying makeup. Only one set of toiletries for 3 people (I thought that you could have put out more / something so small could make a difference.

Breakfast, Pool Facilities such as the Cabana and pool, restaurant. Customer Service was great 👍

The property's amenities were also noteworthy. A well-maintained pool area provided an alternative to the ocean, and the friendly staff ensured that my needs were promptly attended to. Additionally, the secure parking and easy access to local attractions made exploring the area a breeze.

my stay at this beachfront apartment was nothing short of magical. Whether you're seeking a romantic getaway, a family vacation, or a solo retreat, this property offers the perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and natural beauty. I left with a sense of rejuvenation and a suitcase full of cherished memories. I highly recommend this beachfront retreat to anyone looking for an unforgettable coastal experience.

From the minute we turned up the look we received from the concierge staff was a look that spoke as if we were lost and shouldn't be at the hotel because we didn't arrive in a fancy car. The staff acted as if they were better than any middle class person walking through the doors. It was an extremely uncomfortable and awkward experience.

The hotel itself was amazing, the pool was great and the rooms were nice and the beds were super comfy.

Restaurant did not seat customers down quickly, clearing tables when there are tables already set for the 6 couples lining up causing congestion. More tables for 2 couple be set in the other hallway( there used to be). Restaurant floor seemed to lack leadership and delegate to direct staff. Past crews were better. Rooms AC had no fan adjustment, bar frig poorly stocked, coffee/tea had no saucer and tea spoon, no coffee maker, no ice bucket. No floor ice machine, one bath room in suite had no soap. Car club staying at the hotel was allowed to rev their cars early Saturaday morning in the circulate drive way prior to exiting, waking rooms facing the drive way. Friday night buffet has dropped in quality, may need to circulated and see what others are now offering in competition.

It felt worn out and run down. The AC in my room was rattling and they didn’t change my room - I believe they treat guests who book through booking.com different. They took extra deposit twice. Didn’t give me the final bill at checkout. The guy at checkout made fun about food I ordered the previous day. It was ok but not a great experience that I used to r pre-covid.

The location is nice and the restaurant is good

Some of the decor was a little bit dated and the toilet door was out of alignment which caused a slightly disturbing loud noise when being shut.

We stayed in a lagoon view room with an excellent view. The bed was luxurious and the rest of the furniture was comfortable. All of the touches you would expect from a high end hotel.

Didn't love the sand at the pool - I thought it was a bit unnecessary and would prefer a clean (un-sandy) pool area. If I want sand, I'll go to the beach.

Loved the decor of the hotel. Really liked the pool and bar area. The hotel restaurant had delicious food. The staff were all very warm, friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable and I loved the bath.

The bathroom could have used a bit of a deep clean and some small details like the shower head leaking - toilet paper holder broken, some dark mold in the shower - all minor but took away from the overall experience. I also found the in room dining menu not very extensive. I would have appreciated some more choice.

The room was massive and the beds were extremely comfortable. Every amenity you could want was provided. The spa and bathroom layout was extremely well thought out.

The huge pond that could be so much more than just for visuals. Why not make it into a pool? They look deep enough, it looks like it once was a pool as it has pool filters etc. With 3 children under 7, While the hotel staff are mostly family friendly many of the guests are not. We had many instances that our children weren’t made to feel welcome by other guests and these adults have an adult only area that they could go to but didn’t. This is not something the hotel can control and completely not on them at all. They are trying to accomodate both with having adult only areas but shaded areas in those areas are few and far between. Lastly there is a lot of broken furniture laying around in the car park which looks shabby. If they are struggling with storage of these items maybe section off one area and put it all together so it’s not visible in every section of the car park.

The service was very good, the decor was charming and the beds were very comfortable. Buffet had a fantastic range and was very tasty as well as reasonably priced. The pool was beautiful but pictures were deceiving as I initially thought in the pics the front area with the pillars was part of the pool. It ended up being a huge pond which was such a let down. Would have been so much more spectacular swimming with the pillars while looking over the river and city. Still very stunning though and the kids spent many hours swimming around. Chips were amazing at the pool bar. The check-in was lovely with chocolates and iced tea.

There wasn’t anything that we didn’t like. However, at those prices and considering how much prestige the venue seeks to create we were not blown away and we were expecting an experience we would remember for a long time. While the room was elegant we feel like we’ve stayed at better places in sanctuary cove for about half the price. The room service menu was also very small, we had more choices at the seaworld hotel 1 minute down the road!

We love the jacuzzi in the room.

Some grumpy service. Only a few but it doesn’t land well on guests. The pool bar closes at 5pm in the height of summer. The staff start packing up pool side at 5pm, and this was far too early for me, my mum, and our kids.

The sand on the beach could have been a little bit cleaner, especially because that's where we spent the majority of out hotel time with our kids and the in-hotel dining was quite expensive including drinks and food on the beach.

The room was very comfortable with a great view. The beds were super plush and comfortable for both kids and adults. The buffet breakfast was definitely a good choice, with heaps of options even for kids. The location is super convenient for access to Sea World especially but is also not far from Surfers Paradise and places like Harbor Town.
