The apartment is clean and spacious. The location is good and convenient - only 2 stops from the Zurich main train station. Highly recommended.

Some things were missing like a place to hang your towels in the bathroom and the free room service was on our second day out of 6 days which wasn't optimal at all. It would also be nice to have a bit more privacy in the bathroom.

I had to argue with neighbors who listened to loud music semi-daily, and no one was on the premises to help. However, we've found common ground after all.

It is a nice location outside the city center, with excellent public transport connections; thus, walking was also doable. The apartment is clean and has all the necessary appliances for a living.

The most annoying thing is the part when you get the code. I booked in the night, after the official check-in time, and could get the code before I reached out several times to the call center to ask for it. I needed to send the documents in 2 formats before they were approved and I got the code. And also, you should make a separate booking for the parking if you need it, but you can get the answer "we don't have available spots".

Nice apartment with everything you need for a short stay. Good location, close to the city center. A nice restaurant in the building, that can deliver everything you want directly in the room after just a call.

We stayed only 2 nights. Was shocked at the flat pillows we were given. We had no sleep the first night due to this . I sent them a message and they changed the pillows the next day. Disturbing painting on the wall of a woman giving birth. Also it would have been helpful if we had been told prior which floor our apartment was on. We were a little confused when we got there and luckily we met a gentleman who helped us.

The windows overlook the raivay, where repair work was carried out at night. But we were so tired that we didnt pay attention to it.. The room could have been cleaner... We were unable to book parking even though we wrote about it two days in a row. The responsesfrom the admin or owner seemed to be automstic! Therefore, we had to look for parking nearby, wasting a lot of time... We also didnt get to the fitnes room. There was no powder in the laundry room! I think that you can provider in your room if you indicate in the ad that there is a laundry room )

Check in time was at 3pm and we checked in at 4pm and apartment was not clean. When requested for a quick clean, was advised that will be done in the next 3 hours. They were not willing to take responsibility of our luggage since we had no where else to secure our luggage while the cleaning is done. I was travelling with 2 little children and I struggled for those 3 hours to keep the tired kids calm. Apartment however offered us a late check out by 12 noon, but on the day of check out cleaning ladies kept knocking on our door to ask when we checking out, which made me very uncomfortable.

We ran into some problems while checking in, after I sent identifications I got a email reply back saying that I had to settle the payment of my stay but I have already done that on booking, so I had to contact booking customer support, and they clarify it.

This is our second time staying with Visionapartment and it never disappoints. It is a amazing location close to train and tram, and it’s a short walking distance to the city. The apartments had good kitchen facilities and we enjoyed our 7 day stay with Visionapartments.

The sofa pillows were not super clean - we did not use them. There were also small "silverfish" in the bathroom. Overall cleanliness could be a bit better. The TV had no working remote control upon arrival, but that was rectified quickly by friendly service personnel. There was also just one large duvet for the bed, would have preferred two separate ones, and as we were staying with a 2.5 year old that had to sleep in the same bed, the bed was a bit high for potential falls out of the bed. It's great for 1-2 adults but maybe not the most children friendly apartment.

The apartment had all we needed - including a bathtub which was excellent. The location is very good as well, being both close to Sihl City for shopping and taking the Tram 13, and right next to the train station for taking S4 to the main train station. The wellness spa at Hürlimann is also in walk able distance. Despite closeness to the train station, it is quiet in the room. The room has stylish furniture and pictures on the wall, good ceiling and bedside lights.

We had an issue with the codes to entry into the underground parking and the apartment itself. It took a call to solve it, customer care guys managed to help from the distance. This was the only issue, annoying as it was late in the night with children.

The apartment was nice and equipped. Perhaps the kitchen is a little bit small but for few days is fine. Customer service guys are polite and helpful. We had an issue with the coffee machine and they changed it immediately.
