One minor issue with the air conditioning system made it that one of the rooms didn't receive the cool air conditioning the other master bedroom had, ultimately didn't affect the quality our stay, but was a minor thing of note. Perhaps it could use a bit of maintenance to make sure its all running effectively. The provided floor fan was very loud to run, not too suitable when sleeping. Didn't need to use the fan anyway so wasn't an issue, but was a minor thing of note.

The room was spacious with an excellent beach view, comfortable furniture in the living room with a good smart tv.

We requested a portable cot and as we arrived late due to coming in via Brisbane I had to go down to reception and retrieve it myself. I also requested a lower ground floor when booking and was put on the 23rd floor. When I asked about this I was told it was booked out. I booked 6-7 months in advance.

The location was amazing. Close to restaurants and shops. The view was also great and the pool huge and the grounds lovely and clean.

The air con was inadequate in the hot weather The bed was in view from the neighbors patio so we closed the curtain for privacy The safe was not available which as an overseas traveler I would have appreciated Not enough hangers and would have appreciated a couple more towels Also would have liked an extra sheet on the bed as only had an uncovered duvet .Not enough shelving in shower for toiletries

Amanda from reception is very friendly and accomodatiing. She help us with smooth check in. Very good customer service. Make us all welcome and we have a clean and nice room stayed at 1701 with excellent ocean and town view. Will come back again.

The aircon was very noisey and the fans turned off when you turned the lights off so if you wanted the fan on while you slept the light had to be on. They expect you to clean before leaving or they charge you.

We stayed on the 14th floor of the Ballah tower and it was a bit noisy as it overlooked Orchid Ave.

Great location the hear of Surfers Paradise. Close to beach, restaurants, bars and shops. Everything was just downstairs!

Carpark Ballungah side - too small of an area. Not enough towels in room.

Location and the new refurbished apartments. Was last here in 2011, there’s been some upgrades/updates since then!

Not much to complain about. Had an issue with the bathroom door scraping the floor tiles but that’s about it. There was also an extra clothes dryer that needs removing.

Location of property is amazing and close access to the beach and eateries. Close to shopping and other amenities. Amazing view from the balcony.

We had one of the rooms that hadn't been renovated yet so it was a bit dated. However, this wasn't much of an issue as we just needed a room to cook and sleep. Though there were many house rules that did feel very strict with prices listed against all the little things that you could do wrong. Bit discomforting, especially when the room was fairly old anyway.

The room was well priced and walking distance away from the beach. The staff were helpful and the facilities such as the heated pool and gym were great. The views of the city and the ocean were also impressive.

In the unit we stayed the bathroom sink took a long time to drain and there was mould in the grout of the tiles in the shower. The air conditioner controls were in a cupboard on a big ancient a/c unit and not really clear as the instructions weren't relevant to the model in our unit.

We had booked several months early and asked for a higher room but received ground floor room We rebooked for a further 3 nights through another agent and received an 18th story room with a view
