-The allocated parking spots for guests could have been organised better. Even thinking about it now I'm still unsure how it's been organised. Looking for a certain sign on the wall to know I can park there sounded fine until I went down there for the first time and struggled to find one. It didn't feel like there were many, but thankfully I managed to get one spot and it would still be there when I came back most days, but that first time in there looking for a space to park was a bit confusing and looking around the car park area on my way to the elevator it just seemed random as to where the guest spaces were placed. -While our AC was very nice, it did condensate and drip ALOT. It was a little concerning with how close to the TV and power points it was dripping and the carpet area underneath got pretty soaked. -Our tumble dryer heated, but didn't tumble, so wasn't really useful so we had to air dry our clothes hanging them over chairs. -The second bedroom for the kids was good enough, but the sliding doors would let a lot of light in through the slats. So while it's probably fine for older kids, having an under 2 year old in a crib meant pretty much lights out, tv off when it was time for baby's bedtime. Probably a problem only specific to us, but having a more sound and light proof door so we could watch a bit of tv when the kids were sleeping would have been nice. -Speaking of TV; Our room had a smart TV, however I could not access any of the apps on the TV. Clicking on "YouTube" gave me an error message and I was unable to utilise the TV as a casting device so I could put something on for the kids other than whatever is on ABC. Not the worst thing ever and definitely a "first world problem", but during down time at the hotel on our trip they certainly missed being able to watch music videos and other content they'd typically enjoy at home that I could have been able to provide.

-The main pool area is heated, which was great for late evening swims with kids who wanted to go swimming after being out and about all day. -The balcony over looking the river and giving views of the beachfront skyline was nice, too. AC was nice and cool and didn't take long to cool the room down, which was great as on a sunny day the room seemed to heat up pretty quickly, especially in the morning sun. -Free wifi is always great. I did a speed test and was getting about 90mbps, so it was plenty fast enough to access youtube and other streaming services on our devices. -The proximity to the main Surfers Paradise area, such as Cavill Mall. Easily within walking distance, not far from shops or food. Looking at maps before our stay I thought it would be a longer walk. But from the resort to picking up a pizza from a takeaway place at the Q1 (There's also a tram stop there if you need it to get around) I could walk to in less than 5 minutes and then from there is only another 5 minute walk to Cavill Avenue. -The rooms are pretty soundproof. Aside from some thunder, emergency vehicle sirens and some other abnormally loud traffic from the highway our room faced, you could barely hear what's going on outside. It rained very hard one day during our trip and I had no idea it had started raining since we couldn't hear it from inside.

- Internet wasn’t working properly with the tv - the exhaust fan in the bathroom didn’t work & was also really really dusty - bathroom drains stunk out the bathroom - bit of mold in shower - balcony hadn’t been cleaned (cigarette buds were there)

Outside on the balcony it had bird poop on the table, railing and a chair. Parking under the building was confusing and hard to find the correct parking, signage could be more visable.

Location was good, was missing 2 mugs but staff soon fixed that when advised. Pool was great.

Always enjoy the stay close to central Surfers Paradise and the beach a couple of blocks and normally the room has a view over the canal and fish occasional are jumping about in the water . Relaxing stay as per normal .

The apartment balcony was not very clean. The bathroom / kitchen could do with an upgrade, tiling etc was 20 years old at least!

The pool was excellent! The overall property was very pleasant and a good location for access to Gold Coast activities!

was not informed about the $200 payment that needed to be made in exchange for a single room key... not very happy about this. Still not entirely sure i got the deposit back. We asked for an extra towel and they said we would be charged for this so we decided not to get them...

good location, walking distance from cavill ave, easy access to ubers, nice pool and hot tub, and a pretty decent hotel / room space, great for a short trip.

The room was not clean and had broken fixtures old rusty broom pigeons live on the balcony leaving their droppings sitting on the balcony also and we had been upgraded??? We wondered what the other one then looked like it was quite disappointing.

no one was in attendance at the office, it was all locked up as with the front door at the appointed time, had to hunt for a phone number to get someone to open up and give us a key.

The rooms were very outdated, the curtains didn’t cover the entire window, the door was very hard to open. The room smelt like a dusty old people’s home and the wifi was shocking to say the least.

We loved the facilities, pool, gym and sauna. It was very central in walking distance to many things. Very affordable.

Unlike my first stay, my room was very small. Run down and in need of repairs. Walls were plugged paper to cover over holes. Rust in bathroom. Toilet didn't flush properly, only lightly. Shower head needed replacing. Old draws that didn't work well. Plus couldn't use balcony because of all the pigeon poop. It needed to be hosed down before my arrival.
