Got in late and couldnt get wifi till the next morning...due to not having password...felt this could have been left with other info and key as we wanted to let family know we had arrived safe

Property management - we had to ask for toiletries. Dishwasher bars never arrived even after asking. The sheets were torn and cushion covers looked dirty.

The apartment was a little bit tired (compared to apartment other family members were staying in same complex). Floors/ couch were sticky and ended up buying own cleaning supplies to give a wipe down as couldn't find any cleaning products in the apartment.

We didn’t have wifi, some of the fans didn’t work, the duty manager that lives on the property was rude and picked on our kids. Toilet in one of the rooms, the water was running/leaking.

Location was good. Cost was acceptable. The pool, tennis court and we got our own parking spaces.

Cigarette butts left out on the porch area when we arrived, the ceiling fan blades could do with a clean as you can see the dirt and dust on them.

Location was great for our son to pick us up/drop us off every day. The property overall seemed well maintained and clean. Our apartment was clean and spacious. We didn't use the cooking facilities. The ensuite and main bathroom with washing machine and tumble dryer was good. Lounge comfortable, aircon brilliant. Noise level pretty good.

It would be nice if it were tiles, we thought it would have been tiles as per photos. It would have been nice to have aircon in all bedrooms, there was only 1 air conditioner in the lounge room.

Only air con was in lounge room and did not filter to bedrooms. It was very humid when we were there and the portable fans in bedrooms just didn’t cut it

That only the living room had aircon it was stinking hot and it didnt reach the bedrooms. The stairs and no elevators again the heat was a killer. The single beds in the second room were not comfy at all i ended up sleeping on the couch. No exhaust fan in either bathrooms also no windows so gets steamy quickly, isnt good and makes a breeding ground for mould with the moisture.

The view was great! Location was central so close to alot of things. The unit was well equipped with utensils and cooking pots and pans Beautiful bathrooms the showers were amazing

Apartment is privately owned in a managed holiday resort so each apartment varies. Cleaning & maintenance was below par (microwave in disgusting state; no TV remote; no bulb in living room light; no hairdryer) - minor issues that management hadn't been aware of but would have been in a 'normal' resort. No wifi. No shade over pool No lifts - request ground floor apartment if you cant climb stairs.

Comfortable 2 bedroom apartment with nice views across the river. Close to Broadwater 'beach', bus stop immediately outside. Good air con, fans in bedrooms. Comfortable beds. Well stocked kitchen. Nice outdoor area with two pools and barbeques
