The only thing that I will say was that the heater wasn't fantastic, but it worked well enough in combination with blankets.

The room was quite clean and the front desk staff was very friendly. Pricing was great for what you get.I would happily stay here again.

Seemed a little small if you have 4 people in a room.

Having a full fridge is always nice when you have kids. We loved having ice available right in the room. Fireplace was also a nice touch.

Noisy, our room was next to the stair case and we could hear people walking. The living room is very cranky when the sofa bed is open. Bedroom is also very small and hard to move around. Crowded for 3 people. On the other hand, the restroom is very big.

Perfectly located to reach ski resorts in Little Cottonwood and Park City. Breakfast always hot, filing and tasty. All staff extremely friendly and helpful; they even helped us procure snow shovels and salt during a heavy snow day so that we could move our car. Easy walking to grocery store and restaurants.

They moved us into a room to allow us early check in, but the double bed was small for my husband and I. The night shift lady wasn't very nice and I went down to ask for something the day shift person said we could grab later, since we were going to be gone, and the night shift girl all but called me a liar in front of my kids. She said there were no notes on the account and she she had never heard of anything like that.

Beds were comfortable and clean. Breakfast was good. The daytime shift front desk clerk was very nice, helpful and accommodating.

The cleaning wasn't up to scratch. There was a cushion sitting upright that needed to be sewn back up. The TV remotes didn't work. There were dishes still in the dishwasher.

The area is a nice place to be, with a cute fireplace and big bathroom. Perfect for long-term stays as you have your own kitchen and large fridge.

waited 25 mins for front desk attendant to return and check in (about 8:30pm). sheets and room were dirty upon arrival. noise issues with a party going on next door on a separate night. breakfast was very pathetic and options largely gone by 7:30am.

Online it said it had a fireplace and that was the reason I chose that location and it had no fireplace other then that it was a nice enough hotel had a good breakfast in the morning but it definitely made itself sound a little nicer on line then it actually was it was kind of outdated looking as far as decor goes

THe room smelled. I told the staff right after we went in and they said the hotle was full and they could not do anything till the next day. They came in while we were out and filled the room with some kind of scent. We ran the a/c on 65 to keep the fan on and to releave the smell. I thinkl they were covering up a mold smell. It was unpleasant unless the fan was continually circulating the air. Also they only came ina nd madfe our bed once and gave us clean towels in a 4 day stay. I hope this helps and you can correct the problem. It dampened the joy of our trip.

There were two small tears on one of the sofa cushions. The sofa pillows were older and slightly stained. Should be replaced, or have covers dry cleaned. carpet border along the wall in bedroom/bathroom has pulled away from the wall and needs to be re-attached.

While not a new hotel, this one seems well-maintained. Some updates are evident, like new bathroom tile. The fireplace, and the neat kitchen were nice features. The breakfast offerings were decent.

The toilets were clogged I had to move from room to room and had the same problem front desk only gave me a plunger to fix it myself , there were roaches many roaches, this place is a dump, do not stay here there is no safety no key card is needed when going in and out of facility, the rooms are old and there were renovating only outside, inside is old and dirty, take your family somewhere else and the breakfast very poor quality

Our toilet would not flush. We asked several times for someone to come and look at it. No one ever came. We had to go down stairs to use the restroom in the lobby. We even asked for a plunger to fix ourself. No response from anyone.

Nice room. Kitchen and separate living area. Plenty of room.
