We arrived out of hours and when we tried checking in using the system in place, I was on hold on the phone for about 5 mins before being connected. The units are a little old fashioned and dated. No extractor fan in the bathroom so it kept steaming up

Internet was really bad, foxtel only has basic channels. Netflix would have been nice to have.

It was clean, has everything we need. Shops were walking distance, public transport is easily accessible, quiet area.

The beds could be better as could the wifi, but...don't let that put you off, we've had worse.

The property is excellent, well looked after and well laid out. Rooms are spacious and well equipped. Can't beat the location for young families, especially if you are doing the theme parks.

Parking spaces were tight and the positioning of the exit swipe meant you had to exit the car to open the gate.

Lack of elevator means walks up steep stairs from carpark. Luckily we were on ground floor. Would not like to have to carry suitcases to 3rd floor. While crockery and cutlery were good, glassware was a bit random. TV system was complicated and not easy to use. Carparking spaces are a bit tight for larger cars.

Location is good. Close to the Broadwater but quiet. Pool complex is great. Apartment we stayed had only recently been put into letting pool so was well maintained. Updated bathrooms and kitchen appliances. Outlook from living area is lovely with a view over pool area and the canal.

It would have been nice if the safe box pin was provided via email or SMS rather than finding the phone booth to make contact considering the time of the day was not even after hours.

The pillows have seen better days. Some basic pantry amenities (oil, salt, pepper, paper towel etc) would have been welcome

We chose this property based on its location and price. We were visiting family and needed to be within driving distance of where they lived a little further north. The grounds and the setting for this property are just lovely. Extremely well maintained gardens, paths and common areas - everything was immaculate. The pool area and the bbqs were also exceptionally clean and well maintained. Apartments are individually owned and therefore furnishings etc will vary - be aware that this complex is far from brand new and the decor reflects that. This was not a problem for us. We were allocated an apartment on the second floor - this had a decent sized living area, with a small kitchen and a dining area within the open plan space. The bedroom was also well sized, with a comfortable bed and mattress. The ensuite was clean with a large shower and double vanity. View from our living room balcony looked across the pools, the gardens and the canal. Staff on check in and check out were very friendly and helpful, recommending a nearby pub and other amenities. Local IGA is a short walk away. Would definitely recommend this property - it is suitable for families and couples seeking clean affordable accommodation on the Gold Coast.

Not enough crockery but we let the resort know and they are going to add some more to the room for the next people there. A lot of stairs that could be an issue for someone older - no lifts

No major concerns. Accommodation is a little dated but perfectly functional, very comfortable and good value. Could do with a grab rail in main bathroom to aid stepping into shower over bath.

Lovely staff, easy booking process and communication, reasonably priced, good location, nice and quiet when we were there, beautiful outlook overlooking pool and canal - we even saw 2 dolphins in the water from the balcony. Great facilities, great size apartment and having the 2 bathrooms and laundry facilities in apartment was a bonus.

Great location, quiet and relaxing, but still close enough to everything, malls and the theme parks. Walking distance to the beach. We loved the creek and watching the birdlife. Pool and ground facilities were fantastic, and the tennis court was an added bonus. Friendly staff at reception.
