look of the old bed head

location was very convenient, close to good restaurants. Room was clean and tidy except the bed head was peeling and not very nice to look at. Staff were very helpful when i thought i had left my earrings behind, in trying to locate them; luckily they were in my luggage.

With have a room for disabled access it meant that the shower only had a shower curtain and water got everywhere, also there was no parking left for us so had to find a spot on the street, which wasn't really a problem.

Very comfortable but only stayed 1 night, we had a lower Ground floor room that for for a disabled person/s so easy access. Nice neighborhood and close to where we needed to be. They let us park in the drop off one outside reception for about 1/2 hr. as parking was full.

Car park access was challenging. Breakfast at the cafe across the street (Mohan and green grout?) was not great. When we got there they were very busy and we were told we should have had a booking but weren't told this by hotel staff. We ended up having to get takeaway so we could be out of the hotel by 10am.

Room was very clean and very comfortable. Hotel had a good vibe. It was quiet and very nice.

no where to hang bath towels [hook broken], ridiculous plastic bedside tables, poor lighting in bathroom, terrible small coffee/tea cups, banging doors on all rooms [hard to sleep], room smelt of smoke [supposed to be a non-smoking room]....

The parking is in a separate building a few minutes walk away. It can’t be reached under cover.

It’s a lovely modern hotel in heritage buildings in Canberra. It’s really well located near the city and major roads.

Air-conditioning was quite noisy. Restaurant didn't open until 7.00 am and there are no other major cafes nearby.

Breakfast was great but selection of cereal limited. Room was very good, beds were very comfortable and well furnished.

Staff member forgot to activate our key/pass which made it difficult to get put of the carpark after we parked it and wanted to exit carpark and enter the building

I came down for the jab mandate protest. The hotel is in an excellent location. Beds were comfy and the restaurant was great, breakfast was lovely and reasonably priced and staff were always accommodating.

We were asked if we needed the bed config to be 2 singles or 1 king. As we are a family of 4, i requested for 2 singles for my children. When we arrived there we found that the 2 singles config was for the main bed room and not the other bed room. We had to request for this config to be changed. Although they immediately changed it, it was a bit of an inconvenience after a long drive.

The apt was well appointed, very clean and a good location.

Room is pleasant but basic and the hotel is looking a bit tired in places. We had to change rooms due to squeaking AC unit. Great location but over priced.

WIFI was slow.

Great Location. Staff on bar and in restaurant were exceptional given COVID-19 pandemic and the impact on NYE. Very accommodating and friendly. Loved the scooters - makes it easier to get to all the local tourist spots - museum, galleries etc. Get the 3 day pass, much cheaper.
