Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

AustraliaUnfortunately the restaurant was close when we went there because of a conference. Went to the bar and the staff were teenagers, got my order wrong and have to fight for my order. Shower tiles were not clean. Room has a weird layout they place the mini fridge, snacks and tea, and some kind of a tank inside the closet. Hotel doesnt feel like 4-star

AustraliaOutside balcony area was dirty with lots of cob webs. No cutlery in the room. No dental products. I didn't know that the rooms were a drive from reception so we unpacked all of our luggage from the car park and walked it to reception then had to walk it all back. If we were aware we would have driven to the front of reception to check in and continue from there.
Room was very spacious with a beautiful view. I was worried it wouldn't live up to the pictures, but it was exactly the same.

AustraliaI would have liked to have the option of not having a 2 staircase downstairs room. Lugging everything down 2 flights of stairs with a small child was challenging. It was certainly not accessible. Cups were chipped and there was limited choice of teas and coffee for the type of resort it is. TV was old and there was no option for streaming although it did have netflix which could be connected and possibly Stan. No spare blankets or pillows provided. Shower door was a little odd turning into shower making it difficult to actually get into the shower itself. Poor design as we had to squish into the vestibule and then close door to get to put our key in the lock to our room. The vestibule was too small also to house us and our baggage which made it a little tricky to access our room.
The location to Hot Springs was great. Very close to Rye which was convenient for dinner and breakfast. If you like golf it would be a great venue. Bed was comfortable.

AustraliaI felt that the pillows provided in the bedroom were a bit uncomfortable and not very supportive - I was left with a slightly sore neck after my stay. The buffet breakfast was also not magnificent. A good selection of food but the quality was nothing extraordinary, convenience made it worth it though.
It was a beautiful property with modern and clean facilities and the loveliest staff. My partner and I stayed here for our Anniversary and received a complimentary bottle of wine in our room when we arrived.

AustraliaAmenities in the room were less than I usually receive. No drinking water or ice in the fridge. No tissues left out. Found them in the bathroom vanity unit on the last day after I had purchased my own.
Location, staff, golf courses. Reception staff were exceptional. Pro shop staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Courses were a lot of fun.
