The pillows were too firm and “high”.

The room was enormous, bed was very comfortable, loads of hot water. The staff were great. Great location with lots of places to eat nearby.

there is this weird extra charge of 35 dollars a day, per room, so that was an extra $70 a day for me and my son. For amenities -i dont understand this at all and was already paying ALOT of money to stay there. They may have removed the charge when i questioned it i am not sure, i was confused about it

Phone Customer service was not helpful and kind of rude. I wanted a bassinet in our room so I called them before 2 weeks of our staying and I had a minor problem with the reservation, they couldn’t find my reservation and being unhelpful when we asked if we could have a bassinet.

It is a great place to stay, close to subway, many great restaurants, cafe, staff are friendly, kindness and helpful. The room is big, and clean. Really good price

My sink fixture leaked and housekeeping was inconsistent. The regular coffee was not replaced until I left a note.

There was an issue with the hot water one day, but it was fixed in a day, and guests were compensated for the inconvenience.

There was an issue with the hot water and we didn’t have hot water for over 24 hours so we moved hotels but otherwise we enjoyed our stay.

There was broken glass in the bathroom from previous guess and we had to call to be cleaned. The toilet flush was broken and not repaired until the 3rd day of our stay. Check in process was slow and I had to wait an hour after the check in time. The destination fee of $30 a day is outrageous and not a value for what you supposed to get (water, a glass of wine if you use the restaurant). You think you are reserving the room for a daily rate and get a final price with the addition of the destination fee once you get to the hotel that ends up about 30% more. Nobody speaks openly about the fee which is only in the fine print and a letter you get at check in with no explanation. In addition, I had to ask them to remove an additional charge of valet parking (I didn’t have a car) which it is charged also automatically.

Overly perfumed lobby - really hard to take. The water in my shower was not hot enough one of the days. The bed sheets did not fit well in terms of the undersheet and was lumpy - did not tuck in well. Breakfast was great for two days but on the third, the fruit was not very fresh and the bread was mediocre. There were no instructions as to how to use the safe and we asked a few times with no one able to help us. I called for a wake-up call and was put on hold for 5-10 minutes and I finally gave up.

Location was perfect, room was comfortable, spacious and clean. The staff was very nice and restaurant very good. The wait staff were very kind, flexible and helpful. Most of the minor problems I needed to report were taken care of immediately.

While the bathroom was nice and clean the toilet was literally right next to the tub. It was a very tight space. Overnight valet parking at the hotel was very expensive. It cost us $64. just to park (daily).

The agent, Tyreek at the front desk was professional and very friendly. The room was spacious and quiet. Close proximity to other retail stores and restaurants in Dupont Circle. Certo the restaurant onsite had a delicious brunch and the service was great.

we chose smallest room -- no view and no access to window. next time we will get larger room. but very nice hotel. convenient location if you need/want to be near du pont circle. good value!

There were several instances that we had to call down and complain about certain things. I will not go into detail. The staff did their best to meet our needs, but some things were very questionable and made us feel rather uncomfortable.

I liked almost everything with the property. It was lovely, comfortable stay. The King sized bed and the Spa tub were very nice and the staff was very pleasant and accommodating.
