The kettle cord in our room did not reach the power point and the kettle needed to be propped up precariously to reach the power point.

Breakfast and dinner were excellent and delicious. All staff were very friendly and pleasant. The location is excellent, could not be any better. Additional pillows were happily provided on our request. The bar lounge was very pleasant for relaxing and hosting our friends.

The budget double room was quite small, but adequate for a couple. Not enough hooks for hanging items and need more clothes hangers. There needs to be a shelf in the bathroom for toiletries. Very inconvenient to have no shelf and not enough hooks for towels & clothes in the bathroom. Position of mirror beside the washbasin was not convenient for shaving.

The food and catering were excellent. The breakfast, especially the cooked breakfast was excellent for us - bacon, eggs, mushroom, tomato, baked beans, hash brown - traditional ski breakfast. The breakfast buffet was also very good with lovely pastries as well as toast and cereal & beverages. The dinners were excellent and varied. The menu and food quality were superb.

A doona is too warm with a heated room. Not much to not like, really!

The meals were average - the breakfast were repetitive and sometimes they ran out of stuff already by the time we order the hot food (ie no more sausage). The dinners didn’t have much variety either - we stayed for 5 nights and there were a couple of nights that dinner menus were the similar.

We stayed in the family room up in the 2nd floor with the village view. The room was perfect for our family with 2 kids. We had plenty of space to move around. The location of the hotel was fantastic, especially for us who are beginner skiers - the lessons were right outside the doorstep! It couldn’t get any more convenient than that!

The food was very average, small breakfast portions, the waiter forgot to give us our sides on the first night, the second night they didn’t bring the extra sides by the time we had finished our meal so I canceled the order! The chocolate mouse had zero flavour, even my chocolate loving kids didn’t eat it.

Great location, right beside the six chair. We enjoyed the meals at the beginning and end of the day. Lovely fireplace in reception area. We stayed in the budget accomodation. Very simple, no frills, but good value and exactly what we needed.

No snacks available from the hotel during the day, needed to go into the bar next door. We stayed in an Alpine View room, which was huge and comfortable, but the snow grooming machines were driving up and down outside our window all night so we didn't really sleep.

Good food, ample serving size unless you eat a lot. Location is what you stay here for, right on the snow.

No dislikes - but a suggestion The restaurant serves lovely meals at dinner, but plates were cold. So meals went cold quickly. Kitchen could do with a small improvement here.

Brilliant location. Staff were very welcoming and the restaurant staff were accommodating when we asked for certain things (ie- gluten free options).

The only thing is the cocktails, we asked for an aperol spritz and the whole glass was filled with ice. This was disappointing especially given the prices of drinks. The next day when I ordered the same drink, I requested no ice and it was more like a true aperol spritz. And please note there is no hot tub at this resort.

The breakfast was very good, with the option of cold buffet or cooked breakfast. The restaurant location had a great view of the slopes, which was a bonus! The bar area, and dinner was very good too. Our room was a budget mountain view room and it was comfortable and clean. Location top ski lifts is excellent, and super handy walk across from Perisher.
