The noise was terrible the clunking sound of people moving around the noise of people swearing and yelling late at night was unsettling we packed up at 2am and left as we didn’t feel safe as we had to go back to the hospital as my father was dying so when it went quiet I woke my 82 year old mother and we left and slept in the room in a chair with my father and brother who had stayed behind we were going to swap over.

The location was fine we stayed there as it was close to the hospital where my father was in high dependency unit. The parking was ok

big need of renovations. needed carpets, paint, guests were very dodgy, was asked if I wanted drugs by one on arrival. Bond was more than the cost of room and too many “surcharges” on everything

The apartments are very old and in need of refurbishment. Booked the apartment initially because of wanting to bring our dog which we didn't in the end. The cost was lower than other hotels but we did expect something better. This property more suited to backpackers.

The room was clean, single beds comfortable. The double bed looked uninviting and mattress very thin so chose to stay in 2nd bedroom.

rooms were huge and so spacious!! felt very homey, lots of thoughtfulness to detail — from providing cooking tools, utensils + a full stove, a washing machine/dryer in the room (with a drying rack and plenty of hangers), to vacuum and mop/broom, to 3-ply toilet paper (unheard of in hotels)… truly felt more like an apartment than a hotel. we were so comfortable our entire 3 night stay. also minutes away from a major train station for extremely east access to airport/the city/Rottnest island! staff was super friendly and helpful, offering assistance whenever we needed it. will definitely be back whenever we are in Perth. THANK YOU!!!

The apartment was old and neglected. Uncomfortable loud human noises at night. Homeless people about all the time. Car got broken into at the paid hotel parking, smashed the window and stole thousands worth of belongings. Apartment had an old sweat smell, light in living room didnt work, half the stove wasnt working, fridge was dirty, old dirty sock found under bedside table, bathroom door handle falling off, sink tap falling off, shower curtain dirty, shower head not staying up, walls paint peeling off.

The bed linen smelled clean. Portrait paintings. TV was OK.

Very nice staff, they upgraded me to a much more expensive room in one of their other apartments for free and then one of the staff personally drove me to the new location. The room was very large, modern and clean.

After a long day flying from Brisbane to Perth with a 2 and 4 year old, it was late and we went to check in after hours when nobody was at reception. From the moment you walk in the door, the whole place smells of cigarette smoke, there were cigarette butts put out on the floor in the hallways and inside the elevator. Our kids were exhausted and desperately needed to sleep so we got into our room only to find the place also smelling of cigarettes and filthy. it definitely had not been cleaned. I was supposed to be sleeping on the pull out sofa bed with my son but I was too afraid to even touch it because it was completely covered in dirt and what appeared to be mould and various other stains. As I went to put my shoes back on I noticed there was a large amount of blood splatter across the floor. Total biohazard. My partner and I immediately put the kids back in the car and contacted the after hours manager via phone who was less than helpful and refused to help us or refund our payment for the 2 nights stay and then ignored my text messages. We ended up having to find another hotel late at night and last minute which ended up costing a fortune in the end. It was only after a lengthy phone call the following week we managed to get our $300 bond back and we were only in the room for 5 minutes!!!! This place needs to be reported and removed from booking.com immediately.

The building was noisy with lots of banging and crashing all hours, the check-in was extremely weird where a woman with a dressing gown on came down to check me in. We tried to extend and were told no full when there was so much available rooms online, there is also 2 advertised properties but they're in fact the one and same bit both have very different bonds one being 150 the other 300. And the worst bit of all they kept our bond claiming we smoked in room, they based this information on GOING THROUGH OUR RUBBISH BIN!! YES RUBBISH we smoked outside and disposed of bits appropriately in a bin and an empty lighter. They claimed ash was on window but it was extremely dirty and dusty. They refuse to at least consider our rebuttal.

Apartment size was good and very much appreciated there was a washing machine and dryer, rooms were good size and kitchen with large fridge and more than expected supplies

this place was full of genuine psychopaths, screaming at each other all night long until early hours of the morning , there was people fighting in the car park at one point a guy actually took his top off , the smell of weed of certain individuals walking around , foul language used all day everyday , which you can hear clearly cause these ‘people’ are screaming so loud. doors banging 24/7 , sounds like furniture is being thrown around in rooms , it was the worst place I’ve ever stayed in my life , very unsafe

Horrible host, very rude and threatening. When I asked questions he condescendingly called me darling and yelled at me. The whole place had an awful vibe and it just felt so uncomfortable. Do not stay here. I’ve attached a screenshot of the rude way he speaks.

The beds were terribly uncomfortable and were also on wheels without locks so every time someone moved so did the bed. We also got a free upgrade which didn’t come with a balcony like the original apartment that I had actually booked

Well that’s quite the story. U see me and my boyfriend booked this hotel just so we cld have a place to drop off bags and sleep one night. Went to our floor and I noticed it looked like an abandoned building, had these huge alarms and old doors, old everything but the door handle. Walked into room, was a lil apartment as expected looked like picture but it had way more “character.” The kitchen was disguising and the draws in the kitchen were sideways, some Broken. I had to laugh it felt like a fun house. Cldnt see out of our window, they put this screen on that dims the view. Wasn’t much to see but didn’t help with the poor lighting. The bedroom and bathroom was the scariest in my opinion; blankets, towels, toilet paper all had stains on them. The toilet paper had a brown stain on it, I literally almost screamed. No cap. Another fun house feature was the bathroom door had a giant gap on the bottom of it. U cld literally fit ur foot under it, at least a women’s size 6 I’d say. Me and my Boyfriend stayed the night, yeah, but we cleaned that place ourselves and didn’t use their blankets. My theory goes they have 17yr old boys cleaning those motel apartments, pretty sure I saw one. Let’s put it this way, the metro hotel which we also stayed at had old reviews of bed bugs and they were cleaner. No bugs with us. And they were cheaper. Hey, not all experiences r the same but I wld do almost anywhere over this abandon building fun house.

Uh the fact that the pple before didn’t sign out of their Netflix or YouTube accounts. That was funny. Office guy was nice. So happy I wasn’t going alone to this place.

Cleaning it seems they need to learn how to do it.and front of house staff didn't like that I complained about my deposit taking 14day to come back just because they overlooked it , and not to mention about car park charges , wouldn't recommend this place to my enemies .

Mattresses were terrible. I sustained a bad back from sleeping on them for over a week. Definitely need something more comfortable. Could feel the wiring through the mattress.

Close to the cbd and it had a chromecast on the tv.
