Apartment was beautiful, very clean and in a great location, close to everything. Views from the room were amazing. The staff we dealt with (Jack) was great, very accommodating when our flight was delayed.

The sliding door was really hard to open to get to the balcony in our living room.

It was close to restaurants, Iga and a tram station which went straight to the cbd.

The areas surrounding is beautiful and peaceful. There is a lot cafe and pub and restaurant. It's very convenient and walking distance to Melbourne city and train/tram station. Nearby to tourist attraction.

The sliding door to the balcony was very heavy. It did a great job of keeping out excess noise but was hard for us to open.

Great location with a great view. Well decorated spacious apartment. We were a group of 4 ladies visiting Melbourne and the unit was perfect for us. We loved the apartment and would definitely stay there again.

Even though I was told the TV is smart and have youtube and other apps, youtube was not working and the staff tried to fix it but no avails. It was not good for the kids because they couldn’t use the smart TV apps. No reception, no help to clean the room.

We were not aware that we needed to do an induction to use the pool and facilities. They are only done through the week and on Saturdays meaning our trip was almost over by the time we could book in to do the induction. The TV would not allow us to cast to it from our mobile phones.

Double bunker bed wasn’t stable enough. Dining chairs was broken than we couldn’t sit down.

Check in was awful and late. There were a few things that let the apartment down. It was advertised as a sub penthouse with balcony but it wasn’t either of those. The carpets spoilt the place and a few other furnishings could have been nicer.

The location of the apartment was terrific - short stroll to Melbourne Park for the tennis which was the reason for our trip; close to great eateries; smalll supermarket opposite the front door. The apartment was very well appointed with everything we needed. Beds were comfortable.

Unable to get into the property until 2pm when travelling with a toddler that needed to sleep. Property staff ignored us as they only deal with residents so couldn’t even get inside to talk to them. Had to wait for our contact person who manages this particular unit to arrive. When he did arrive he managed to organise our bags to be stored but we were hot and tired after travelling from NZ and just wanted to rest. Were told to go find lunch but the toddler was super cranky and needed a sleep in a portacot not shopping or trying to find somewhere to wait 3 more hours. Our apartments were also on different levels that used different lifts. So made it tricky to get to each other. We ended up swapping door cards so we could access the lift for the other apartment. Otherwise we would have to meet in the lobby each time we wanted to see each other.

Giant pillows which were hard to sleep on, noisy even though high up.

Great location by restaurants and near transport. Well stocked including umbrellas for use.

Nothing...it was perfect

Location excellent, bed was really comfy. Had everything we needed. Full kitchen and laundry. Parking extra $35 per night, but that is average for the city. Parking is complicated to find, but our host met us at the front door of the appartment facility, jumped in our car and showed us how to get in and use the remote.

We were expecting to be able to use the gym and pool but were required to take a 90min induction program which was not anticipated. Pool etc should possibly not be advertised certainly for short stays.
