Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

My partner and I LOVED every single thing about this Hotel. The staff are amazing, the rooms so so nice and made me feel like I was in a popular city somewhere.. has room service from the pub down stairs.. which might I say, was the best tasting food I’ve ever had from a pub, it was huge and so so yummy! The chefs need a pay raise! Haha. It also has an amazing updated pokies room with tonnes of pokies to choose from.. Both my partner and I think it’s the best place we have ever stayed, I’d rather this little hotel on the side of a highway, over some hotel by the beach any day!! We made some of the best memories here.. We most definitely will be back!

AustraliaThe purpose of having room service with no place to eat, or decent size Fridge or even a microwave to save food. We had to make our own dining table out of the side chairs and little table that had brochures on! Replacing that with a small dining table for two would be much more ideal when you offer room service.

AustraliaThey need to work on their systems with booking.com. On the last day the receptionists insisted that we hadn't paid. When I told them we had, that the money had come from our account before we arrived and that we had received a receipt from booking.com, they said that didn't show on their system and we'd have to sort it out with booking.com. They were also quite rude about it, as if we were attempting to steal from them.

AustraliaThey required you to pay an additional $250 cash or card for any damages or anything booked to the room which will be handed back to you after checking out. If unaware of this you may find yourself in a not so ideal situation. Or like me go to collect the temporary deposit money back to find out they have already handed it back to the person whom I was staying with … I booked room under my name and I personally handed the temporary deposit money over to the lady (Karen ) behind the counter at the admin office. I payed for room using my card and cash i pulled from my wallet which I signed stating ownership and yet someone who I had only just ran into there was hanging around me for a bit but turned quiet violent and rowdy suddenly so I stayed away from them went for a walk outside of motel to avoid any further dramas when I return they had checked my room out early, asked for my temporary deposit money and was given it. My advice only allow the person who the rooms is under and the person who hands the temporary deposit money over to be able to receive it back because i personally feel ripped off snd that I should have been given the money back even though someone else had collected it. As it was someone working at the hotel whiched handed my money to someone else

AustraliaAircon did not work in anyroom we couldnt sleep confortable. Called reception and they advised to change mode which we did 10 times and it kept flashing red error light and shutting off not geting cold at all. Very disapointed considering it was $300 and couldnt sleep comfortably
