Room is big and clean. Location is perfect, infront of a mall and a lot of retails stores within the area. Very centrally located as it also near tourist sites.

My daughter left a toy behind in the room and it has been very difficult to make contact with hotel staff ( via phone or email) after departure. After a couple of days, our email was acknowledged but we have had no contact about the final outcome.

Location was fabulous for the Theatre Royal.

Bed was AWESOME!! Very comfy which is a major plus for us. The bathroom was huge with a full bath in it. The other thing we really appreciate is full block out blinds which this had. Good size room. Full mini bar which a lot of places are removing these days. Room was quiet too didn't hear any city noise. There is no pool here. But the location is right in the city 100m from Pitt Street mall. Close to bars and shopping.

Breakfast was really good had a nice choice of Hot and cold options with some great Juices as well Location was spot on… so close to all the many shops bars and restaurants and opera house and circular Quay

Housekeeping could have done better at the daily clean- the bathroom sink and benchtop were still dirty. Booking.com mentioned bathrobe and slippers in room inclusions but there was none supplied in the room. Also QT mentioned in their advertising a Dyson hairdryer in all rooms but the one in my room was a Phillips.

Loved the location, loved the decor and the sexy vibe. Loved the Parlour and Gowings Bar &Grill restaurants on site. Beautiful boutique fit out. Comfy bed and even though it was located in the heart of the CBD we couldn’t hear any noises at all. I requested a lower pillow which they bought immediately to the room. Loved the Kevin Murphy products supplied in the bathroom.

The place is a bit dark. There isn't a gym nor a sauna in the complex, which was important to me. You have to walk quite a few handed meters outside to a different street where there's a gym.

0ur room was so quiet, private and quirky , you wouldn't know you were in a big city. Very conveniently located to shops, QVB, many eateries nearby

I would have liked better instructions on how to exit the hotel through the elevator bank rather than crossing through reception, the hotel information was a bit difficult to find on the TV and I'm not sure if the free drink was included or not, we assumed not.

The hotel was great a really fantastic merge of the old Gowings building and a modern hotel. The room was superb, and the bathroom was excellent.

Phones in room and tv QR codes were difficult to use. The elevator music is truly awful (aggressive dance music). The reception foyer upon arrival was unpleasantly humid and stuffy . More attention could be paid to these first impression things to win over customers from the get go :)

Room was big, bathroom facilities were great. Room service was fast. Temperature control was easy and effective.

My room was not ready at check-in, but I was also 7 hours early!

I rate the QTs over most hotel groups, they bring fun and joy to the stay. This location is excellent, the staff were super accomodating and after staying at many other hotels nearby I would recommend over others in the area.

Valet didn't offer to take luggage to room, floor didn't seem very secure with a stranger sitting outside my room after midnight.
