The late checkout request, first half hour free then $35 per every half hour. The main road outside the RACV property requires a lot of repair work and should be resurfaced, very dangerous. Understand that this would be council problems however this affects guest traveling to and from the property.

I made a reservation for dinner at The Cape Restaurant through the hotel phone's "Cape" button for 7:30pm the next day. We were looking forward to experiencing the 5-course meal with wine pairing. Upon arriving for our dinner, we were seated, but to our surprise, we were taken to the Samphire restaurant instead of The Cape as we had originally booked. The staff informed us that it must have been a mistake on our part and that they would have mentioned it was the Samphire restaurant during the phone reservation. I explained that the hotel phone clearly indicated "Cape," not "Samphire." Unfortunately, this misunderstanding led to us not having the dinner we had initially planned.

We didn’t know we where located in a different building to the main one which meant driving to and from the main hotel for breakfast etc which was hassle with a 5 month old baby

The internal aspects of the ocean view apartments were a little dated/tired but perfectly serviceable.

The pool and spa facilities were awesome. The view from Ocean View apartment was amazing, the Italian restaurant had good food and staff were really great and accommodating there. The playground facilities are a real bonus for those with kids. The staff overall were also very good, would definitely recommend this as a place to stay for others.

We stayed here the night of our engagement, and the lovely staff member at check-in was so kind as to upgrade our room. We had no expectations of this at all, but it was such a fabulous way to top off our big day. Couldn't compliment the staff any more.

It took a long time to fill the bath with water so we missed out on a bath.

We arrived early and were give a facilities pass so we could use the pool and sauna while we waited for our room. We were given an upgrad and had the most spectacular view of the Ocean and it was west facing so we had a room service dinner on our balcony as we watched the sun setting. The bed was super comfy too. The buffet breakfast was full of amazing food with another lovely view of the golf course. We had a very relaxing and luxurious stay and felt great afterwards. Thank you to all the staff for making our stay so enjoyable.
