Was my first time but loved the whole experience. Enjoyed going to swimming. Breakfast was delicious. Staff was very friendly. Provided us very good games. Location was very good.

I absolutely LOVED this property! The resort is extremely beautiful, modern and well maintained, and the facilities are exceptional. Particularly for families; there are SO many activities for the kids. I was so impressed by the indoor playroom, downstairs games room (with PlayStation!) and outdoor playground. The only downside to our stay is that we weren’t there long enough! We will absolutely be back!

There was no in-room dining which was bit of an inconvenience especially when travelling with a 6 month old. Limited eating options within walking distances as well.

I didn't like the toast machine at breakfast because the setting was fixed and it only lightly warmed the bread and did not toast it. Had to put it through 3 times and wait better part of 6 minutes. Also PLEASE have a proper barista to make coffee. The machine coffee is god awful and the queue was a 15MINUTE wait. It really wasn't worth the wait. At least should have 2 machines but get better machines but preferable have a barista whereby you can order a real coffee . Lastly, whomever designed layout could have made better access to pool instead of weird walkaround the building or through restaurant

Room and facilities were excellent. Staff very friendly and helpful. Never stayed at RACV before and was expecting a more clinical corporate old man golf set type of place but was beautifully surprised. Loved the grounds

Unfortunately, there was an another guest who decided to smoke a cigarette in the children’s area between the fairy garden and the playground. I was shocked that this person decided to light up and start smoking, whilst I was there with my 5 year old, we promptly left. From this, I would suggest ‘smoke free area’ signage, to warn people to move on from this area.

The check-in process was simple and easy and staff were friendly. Also, checking out the following morning was great. Our room was a great size and comfortable for our needs.

Expected more for the price point. Staff weren’t overly friendly or helpful. They offer alcohol on the room service menu but won’t deliver it to your room, you have to go collect it from the bar.

Pool could have been a few degrees warmer. And access to the pool was a bit annoying. Bringing kids too and from, having to go outside wasn't the greatest. An internal option when it's 2° outside would be good.

Absolutely beautiful location. Very friendly and professional staff. Child friendly and great food. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Kids loved the little fairy garden, too.

Could hear people in the corridors from inside room. It is a 20 minute drive from Ballarat township.

Heated outdoor Pool & Spa, friendly staff, comfy beds, view of golf course from room, dinner at Founders and the buffet breakfast.
