Great location, had stayed here some years ago for big work function, so I knew nice facilities and rooms. Was able to book an hour before arriving as was not sure if I’d make the travel so far in one day. Very helpful staff and enjoyable experience. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again when in the area. Thank you.

Had a little trouble with my Air conditioner but they answered at first call and responded within 10 mins so I’m actually really impressed was just a downside that i couldn’t keep the room as cool as I would have liked

Absolutely beautiful scenery from our room would definitely stay again and the buffet breakfast was incredible would stay longer next time to really enjoy the features of the resort

The room's cleanliness failed to meet the high expectations associated with a five-star hotel. Notably, dust was visible in several areas, fingerprints marred the mirrors, and stains were apparent on the carpets. Additionally, while the sheets and towels were acceptable, they were only of average quality.

The staff were delightful, the location was picturesque, and the property was child-friendly. Moreover, the building was impeccably maintained, adding to the overall appeal of the experience.

No close undercover parking for one night due to ??? I would have thought guests in house should have been given preference.

It just surpassed everything I expected. We were going to Noosa after our stay at the Royal Pines and even though Noosa was fantastic I could have stayed at Royal Pines just to relax and enjoy the facilities

The only niggle was a crackling sound coming from the seal between the patio’s sliding doors, which occurred all night long with the wind. Advised reception the following morning and they said they’d send maintenance to fix.

Not much to not like. Possible transport to surrounding venues might be an enhancement and I must admit to getting lost trying to find the car park, but nothing serious to consider.

This is what a resort should be like. Exceptional surrounds, grand reception area with quality enhancements, big modern well maintained room with fantastic views of the resort grounds. In this case the golf course with a view which created a sense of relaxation and peace. A real environment to relax. Not too far from the stadium where our event was taking place and a comfortable travel time to the bigger Gold Coast experiences.

Fantastic breakfasts. The comfiest, softest bed we've ever stayed in - didn't want to get out. Great facilities for adults and kids. Can't wait to come back!
