Apartment was tired as end of season. Hotel across the way had very loud music at night but luckily only 2 nights. Wouldn't like to be there in peak season

Towels not changed in a week or room cleaned in that time, quite discusting when there's four in a room. Safe didn't work twice and at one point had to wait 1 and a half hours for it sorting. Reception area unorganised little staff and large queues

Advertised as apartment with air conditioning,but it was only the sitting room that had ac. Rest of apartment was unbearable hot.no kettle of toaster.

Bed were rock hard rooms were very dusty had to clean appartment on arrival under beds were really thick with. Dust works tops were bogging the cloth was black after wiping them Not enough kitchen items for self catering microwave oven with no instruction. The communal areas were dirty with dirty hank's and rubbish lying around clumps of hair on stairs no cleaners ever seen swimming pool was absolutely freezing couldn't use it appartment was nothing like in the photo we booked. Kitchen was very dated

It was a terrible stay ! They asked for a 350 euro deposit while we had payed the apartament . Air conditioned was not working ! The rooms were disgusting and very dirty ! They have a lot to improve

This is not a property a prison would be better then this . We left after 5 days The smell the dirt the noise very unsafe on the 6 th floor with 3 children as this is where the two bed apartments are. A KIP The air conditioning doesn’t work so we rented a van for €25 that was awful too. Full off young adults on their first holiday There is nothing good to say about this place . The filth in the morning from the night before in the lifts and stair wells No washing machine as stated . No clean clean Sheets or towels No sweeping brush Slider in apartment barely closed unless you nearly pulled it off the rails I can not understand why booking .com are even selling this a bomb should be put on this place We had the worst time . We will never return to Spain awful time

checked in and was told to pay 300euros per room even though it was 50 euros per person on booking.con. one room had a leak and was not fixed for the entire duration. it was pouring out of the ceiling and even after alerting reception nothing was done. loads of signs saying no parties yet kept up until6/7am by kids. awful experience and now we still haven’t received the security despot back. after several attempts contacting them.

The walls are quite thin and so noise is an issue. We were only provided with 1 bath towel per person for 3 days, and 1 toilet roll between 6 people. The room wasn't cleaned once in the 3 days that we were there. You are expected to tidy the room before departure, otherwise they can deduct from the €50 per person deposit that you are required to pay at check in.

These apartments are very centrally located to all amenities, and only a 5 minute walk to the beach. The staff were generally pleasant, however it was a matter of luck that I could speak Spanish, as they didn't speak a word of English during the check in process. They did allow us to check in at 11am rather than the 5pm specified, which was a kind thing to do.
