Need to have some kind of rubber bath mat in shower to accommodate for very slippery shower floor. A grab bar in the shower enclosure would also be helpful. With the very smooth glass enclosure, there is nothing to hang on to. Also, another extra small shelf in the shower area would be helpful for any extra products of our own to use in the shower.

Great location!! Fabulous breakfast!! Extremely comfortable bed and pillows!! Spacious room! Great shower and fabulous thick, soft bath sheets!! Especially appreciate having a kettle so that my hot water does not taste like coffee! Bottle of good water - lovely. Very clean! Towels replenished as needed!

Beautiful furnished rooms with marble floors for the bathroom. Extremely quiet and marvellous beds (and pillow menu) Extremely attentive staff at the reception and bar.

Large rooms. Beds were very comfortable. Plenty of free water and coffee/tea in the room. Walk to opera house and George Street in 5 to 10 minutes. Staff very helpful and professional.

The position in relation to the cbd and the harbour is terrific. The facilities and staff are great.

Room was disappointing on arrival. Broken toilet seat and leaking fridge that left a musty smell. Fridge and toilet seat were quickly fixed but smell remained for a day or so. To be fair we were offered an alternative room but decided not to move as we had unpacked.

The club lounge didn’t compare to that of other hotels. Very little on offer during the day. We chose to have breakfast in main downstairs dining room as more selection. As we are light sleepers we requested a quiet room. Sadly the room we were appointed was at the end of the hallway next to the service area. We were woken during the night on several occasions by staff with trolleys and banging doors etc. Recommend requesting a room on the Pitt Street side of the building in future as no lifts or service area on this side.

The Taxi service booked did not arrive in 15 minutes at the hotel, possibly because of the weather as it was raining, the concierge was very attentive and informed us we would need to walk to the Taxi rank at the end of O'Connel Street to get a Taxi. The Taxi service inconvenience was obviously outside of Radisson hotel's control, however, I would suggest Radisson Hotel Management to complain about the inability of the Taxi booking service to fulfil it's obligations.

Great service on arrival with our baggage collected by the porter and the car being placed for us in valet parking. The bed was the most comfortable of All the hotel's we have previously stayed in and the air conditioning outlet was away from the bed on the other side of the room, which enabled a very sound sleep and waking up in the morning refreshed. The cooked breakfast was magnificent with, scrambled eggs soft and delicious cooked to perfection, baked beans, mushrooms and freshly cooked ham on the bone, very very good, full of flavour and taste.

Just a small observation, around the basin taps needs attention also some silicone in shower base hanging off. Sorry. But minor things.

Location is excellent, close to everything. Our room was large and comfortable with a large bed and nice pillows. Having an iron in the room was very convenient. Overall a lovely quiet hotel.

Not that it affected me too much [I travelled with a broken toe] but the hotel is not tremendously accessible [could not see ramps to the main reception, to the breakfast room etc]

Fabulous and very accomodating check in staff Our room was very spacious and clean and had everything we could want We requested a room which was away from the construction work going on in the streets [there's always construction work in the centre of Sydney] and the room was very quiet Comfortable beds, good mini bar [and free tim tams!]

The "Do not disturb " and "Make up Room" signs should be different colors. This would make it easier for guests and cleaning staff
