No gluten-free options for breakfast. Cleaning ladies started cleaning very early, sometimes before 10am, and were visibly annoyed when we would't leave the room at that time or told them we will be leaving in 30 minutes.

We loved everything. Elevators was ability slow due to the nr of tourists in the hotel. Walking downstairs is easy.

Right down town, close to restaurants, bus trips, walking distance to grocery shopping, farmacy and shopping. Friendly and super helpful staff.

We had a coffee pod machine in our room, but no milk on offer. Having used the 3coffee pods and one tea pod we were informed that the initial provision was complimentary and that further supplies of coffee or tea had to be bought, I think that the hotel may as well remove the machine altogether, I was disappointed that we ended up with no hot drinks in the room as in all my years of travel have never had this situation occur before. What’s wrong with a kettle and sachets?

The walls were really thin and we could hear the neighbours what was a bit annoying

The hotel is new, the rooms are minimalistic and tidy. Good location, close to the subway, lots of restaurants and nice park in the area. The staff was really nice and helpful. You can also make a nice walk out of there to the older districts.

Quite a long walk from main Lisbon areas (alfama in particular).

Small criticism…..the bar closes at 11. Not a problem but don’t serve drinks at 10.50 & then ask us to leave. Stop serving at 10.30 maybe??

As other reviewers have mentioned, the walls are thin and you can hear your neighbors easily. We were fortunate that our neighbors were considerate and not noisy. But for those travelers who are sensitive to noise, bring ear plugs. (or maybe the hotel could provide a little sleep package like the airlines do with a sleep mask and ear plugs), The doorless shower looks nice, but it's an accident waiting to happen. The water splashes out onto the tiles and even with a bathmat, the tiles outside the shower were slippery and I almost took a fall. A shower curtain would prevent accidents.

Location of Ibis Styles Lisboa Centro was right in the middle of the city with easy access to everything. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. (arranging a tour and calling us an early morning taxi) Snacks and tea each afternoon in the front lobby was a nice touch Breakfast was fantastic ... well worth the 12 euros. Room was clean and bed was comfortable Room service each day (if you want it) with fresh towels

The room was below standard for this hotel chain at the price they were charging. My room was dark and not inviting. The breakfast should have been included to make up for the room.

The location to the tour buses in Marques de Pombal that I was interested in and close to Liberada Avenue. You can also walk to the Rossio train station in about 20 minutes. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The soundproofing is very poor, you could hear the neighbours even thought they were speaking at a normal voice.
