Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

No salt or pepper to season meals. Just a few things that would have made the stay more comfortable and are easy to do.

AustraliaLounge needed replacing as it was also a sofa bed. Only used to sit on but it was sagging. Also stained but what cream to start off with so no hiding it. If I had to be picky …No body wash included but double shampoo and conditioner. Could have been an oversight. Tea and coffee basic brands considering.
Well situated, walking distance to everything we needed. Great parking. Spacious and furnished lovely. Stunning beachfront views. Not noisy considering on esplanades. Reception staff lovely.

AustraliaDecor of apartment was a bit shoddy for the price point- old dining chairs and coffee table a bit worse for wear and the plastic palm tree did not help. Long balcony, but the narrow end was piled up with old outdoor furniture which was unusable and impeded the great view. Not being able to change the temp of the air conditioning was a bit annoying. I understand that they don't want guests to set the temp really low and generate a big electricity bill, but for us, 23 degrees was too cold! Chrome- casting on our tv did not work, although Peter (?) did spend ages trying to fix it. Carpet in the hallway outside very threadbare and one of the two lifts seemed to be out of commission one day due to the renos.
View from the corner apartment on the 6th floor was awesome. With windows almost giving almost 180degree views, we saw the beach area, right around to the hinterland hills. Large apartment and good blinds on all windows. Great location- a shame about the renovating work, but it didn't impact us too much. Lovely pool and spa area. Nice resident lounge with billiards table, but quite run down condition.

AustraliaThe fact that a few days in , a workman was sent up to put a lock on the air conditioning at 23 degrees . I usually don’t put negative comments up but i could not sleep in the heat . We specifically searched for a hotel that advertised air conditioning and then it was set at 23 degrees which was not at all comfortable in the middle of summer !

AustraliaThere is only 2 lifts which service 20 floors and 3 basement levels, so be prepared to wait a while! The apartment was starting to age and had dust on the walls and skirting boards etc and mould around the air con. Needs a lick of paint and good deep clean. General cleanliness like kitchen, bathroom etc was fine.
The location was perfection. Right opposite the beach, above lots of cafes and shops and easy walking around Coolangatta’s main streets. Underground car park was a bonus! The pool area was brilliant, and the gym was well equipped. The apartment size was brilliant, so much room and the view was stunning. The staff were excellent, very friendly, welcoming and helpful.
