My cabin was right near the main road. Super noisy. If you’re not used to traffic noise it’s an issue. The bowls were covered in some thick greasy film and I need to wash them before using them.

I stayed in a pet friendly cabin just as a one night stop over. it’s really awesome to be able to travel with my pet. Double bed is very comfy. Hot water is awesome. Close to the heart of Coffs and I’m walking distance to town / pubs / cafes etc

There was a fair bit of noise from the highway, but once I was asleep it didn't really worry me. The condition of the cabin we stayed in was quite dated, and could really do with a refurbish but for the price it was ok. One thing I really didn't like was the visible dust around the air conditioner in the bedroom, there was a fair bit, and looked like it had been there for quite some time. Unfortunately due to those above mentioned, I have chosen to actually stay somewhere else tonight. It's a shame as the cabins really do have a lot of potential. Must say though, the lady in reception was wonderful and very lovely.

Only negative was having to make bunk beds at 11pm at night after our late check in had been notified more than 24 hours prior to our stay.

Was exactly what we needed, comfy beds and handy location to break our long journey with small children.

Receptionists were helpful and very friendly. Surrounds were very well maintained , clean, provided for everything that one needs on a break away - undercover areas that were well equipped with things needed for outdoor cooking. a cosy fire pit (restricted by the rain but a nice addition, friendly staff, cute bunnies -including Alice, Central location between town and the Plaza, convenient location to Art Gallery and reception rooms. EXCEPTIONALLY clean rooms. Thanks a thousandfold, Doris :-)

Kid friendly, they were able to ride their push-bikes around easily. The kids were kept busy watching the bunnies roam free. The cabin was very clean, well kept. Comfortable beds, pillows, doona. The staff were amazing, helping us out with lending a few items so we could get our fish from ocean to plate and top it off with a cosy night by the fire 🔥

The Bathroom floor’s are dirty, bed room 2walls very dirty and need a good wash. Toaster rusted and very very Dirty with breadcrumbs from previous guest. Fan need a good clean and the hide that you have to pay for extra amenities and Towels. Overall the place need some work and the Manager needs to start checking their staff work.

Although clean cabin accom seemed to be a little run down, a/c could have been better, taps in kitchen area need looking into (leaking, very difficult to turn on, need washers replaced), A/C in a very bad spot right on top of TV & didn’t seem to be working to give adequate cooling. We had to ask for it to be looked at after a very hot and uncomfortable first night. One power point in bedroom needs screws either replaced or properly tightened for safety. In general, although reasonably adequate for 1-2 nights cabin we were allocated could do with a good overhaul to make it better. Seemed to be a lot of ‘patched up’ things in the cabin.

Close to where we wanted to go, and close to the shopping area. Reception staff very polite and listened to our issues & had a/c looked into.

The cabins were very small for 4 adults. Bugs crawling internally, rusted and leaking gutters. Bathroom vanity drain blocked No instructions for the use of the AC unit.

Our cabin requires some maintenance. The sliding door kept falling off, and the shower head was dripping non-stop. I'm pretty sure the cleaner would have informed management about the leaks.

The property is situated in an excellent location with beautiful surroundings that offer a lot of potential for exploration. Furthermore, it is positioned very close to the town center, allowing for easy access to local amenities and attractions.

When we enter the cabin and found the chair was fully dusty and TV remote full of dust . There was no extra rubbish bin bag as we stayed 3 nights, we needed to change the rubbish bin. Mosquitos around out side during the night .How ever the place was middle of the town and only that was convinced for us.
