Rooms come with tea and coffee facilities but for some reason the cups supplied are very small, one sips I call them. Why can't the hotel provide proper sized cups and mugs, as you do charge a proper sized room rate? It's the same at breakfast, tiny cups. I kept taking a mug from the coffee barista to make a proper sized cuppa. The hotel is tired looking, furniture in the rooms is old and chipped. A major facelift and modernisation wouldn't go amiss. The ironing boards provided in the rooms are old Breakfast buffet is charged at over $40 but you still have to pay for a cappucino if you don't want the instant coffee option. I know hotels where proper coffee, latte, cappucino etc is included. You're charging a high cost, I think you should include this. This is a premium priced hotel, it's very comfortable with the best beds and I will stay here again but there is room for improvement.

We are regular visitors what is lacking , we prefer to book a room that we like to ask for which is Room 1002 but can not be guarantee at time of booking well in Vance when booking that should be considered when making these booking it on 10 floor last room facing ocean on left side

Car park charges per day are excessive for hotel guests.

I always stay here as I love the location and am always disappointed that they don’t spend the money on having there windows regularly cleaned. Sitting in the restaurant and you are looking out at the beautiful beach view with terribly dirty windows. Same with exciting the lift.

Breakfast took over an hour and no butter or spoons to use Coffee. Wasn’t very good too much chocolate on top no sugar sent. Parking wouel be good to have valet parking as you have to come up big dates the ramp isn’t marked well and when raining you get wet to enter the hotel. Shaky advise that we can drive underneath and come up in the lift and could have trolleys to use? Or a better system Healthy options on the menu for room service would be good

As I stayed an additional night a day prior to this booking had already paid a 'holding fee'. Had to pay a second fee when I came back one day later. This original fee was held far longer than initially indicated with no explanation, or reason. The hotel ended up holding over $500, which ended up impacting my holiday

That breakfast was included in the price. Having access to an on-site pool. Housekeeping were really great

Although cleaners came daily floor wasn’t cleaned as sand stayed on our carpet for days. Also no small table & chair to sit on balcony

The rooms were tired with some peeling laminate. The hotel said the balconies could not be sat on without a clear explanation as to why. The breakfast was standard fare, nothing outstanding

The position is unbeatable. Short walk to the beach and the Scarborough beach pool and cafes and shops etc. It was an oasis in the midst of a heatwave. The pool was great. The views were amazing. the rooms were very spacious and the bed was very comfortable.
