It was cosy and clean in a great location close to Woolworths and near petrol stations and bakery. Pet friendly and comfortable rooms.

The first thing was the friendly helpful welcome. The rooms are comfortable and have a lovely garden outside.

Room interior looked old and tired. I did not get the room I booked and paid for. My room was re-allocated to somebody else and the receptionist did not bother telling us. I only found out what happened when I went to complain.

The inside area of the facility is beautifully landscaped, hoping by he outside is on its way to match which I’m sure it will be. Our room was comfortable clean and spacious for my two boys and I.

Rooms were a bit smelly. We think 1 mildew smell and 1 and smokers had been in our room and next door. Very close to a busy road. Doors didn't feel secure when locked.

1. Got deceived with their facilities noting kitchette. While I agree what a small kitchette is how ever I do not like to wash vessels in a small tub in the bathroom (similar to a salad making bowl) Would appreciate them being more open about what you get in facilities rather than mentioning it as kitchette suggest just listing out the ones that would be provided. Ofcourse we were provided with microwave oven, toaster, tiny plates, cutleries, tea coffee and small Fridge. I had this whole idea of cooking in a kitchette as I am travelling with a toddler. All I could eat was make my own noodles ( not something I prefer my child to eat). 2. Being a remote place with not much to do after 5 we as a family prefer to have some sort of smart TV's to atleast keep the little one engaged. While I agree it's a holiday and family time, the family also needs some rest and not a nudging child as they are super bored to just stay at rooms after 5. PS you can get DVDS N board games from reception I don't think I saw a DVD player to get a DVD to play and my child is not big enough to play board games. 3. Pricing wise reasonable if was provided with a kitchette ( what I knew was a kitchennete) otherwise bit pricey as most motels, bnbs n hotels come with kettles, microwave, fridge and toaster n I wouldn't call this a kitchette if it was me. PS I got my own scorcher from woollies to remove tough coffee n milk stains. The only reason I chose this place was because it had kitchette in its facilities along with microwave, fridge etc. 4. The dishwashing bowl, microfibre cloth and a towel were pathetic. I did not like the fact I had to wash the dishes in the same I wash my hands off after I finish my job in the toilet or brush my teeth. The least I would think the rooms had was a sink n not having to do it the single basin. The instructions booklet reads the dishes need to be cleaned and dried. Yes do it in the bathroom n dry using the towels provided. Just Wow 👌 5.

I booked the room because I was travelling with my dog. It was a big room with everything we needed, but on the side if motel next to road. I'm a light sleeper so when the V8's & trucks went pass in the middle of the night I was awake.
