Shower door wouldn't stay shut,and only opened outwards. One day, it will smash against the bathroom door or handbasin as there is not much room. Bedroom door had no latch do had to find something to hold it open.

Comfortable and very convenient location. Bed was comfortable and a good sized kitchen.

Not a huge issue but Property lacked some kitchen things, eg no salad bowl/mixing bowl, didn't notice any dinner plates.

Property was central, easy underground parking, easy checkin and checkout. Reception staff very responsive to an issue with a leaking washing machine.

Could have had more cutlery and the ensuite is quite small.

The apartment was clean. I liked the convenience of the kitchen with full oven. I found the staff friendly. The apartment is located in walking distance to restaurants which was great.

No bath. Toilet roll holder too close to the toilet. Kept banging arm on it. Would ha e been better placed at the back rather than the front position. Tissue box almost empty on arrival and no spare.

Quiet, comfortable air conditoning. Comfortable bed. Rooms were quiet, secure parking and good kitchen facilities.

The bed wasn't very comfortable, and we didn't know of the trend not to use a duvet cover but to just use 2 sheets. The consequence of this is that the sheets come away from the duvet leaving it bare. The duvet itself was disgusting, stained and yellowing - it obviously hadn't been washed in a long time. The toilet seat was missing a bolt which made it wobble but that was a basic maintenance problem that should have been picked up by housekeeping.

This was a lovely apartment overlooking the river on the 8th floor. It was nicely laid out with a good washing machine and a separate dryer. The women on the front desk were very friendly and helpful, and there was easy access to the car park. It was clean, but it wasn't serviced while we were there as it was only done every 3 days, which was fine. It was also easy walking distance to the local shopping mall and restaurants. We liked Mackay and it felt like a safe place to walk around.

Mold on shower tiles and lower wall (black mold) Carpet very dirty and stained. Quite expensive for what it is. Rate as a 3 star

Seating not comfortable and would have been insufficient if another two adults were staying in our room. Disappointed with communication regarding tea & coffee supplies & milk, and room servicing, we had to chase for fresh towels and room was not cleaned in the week we were there.

Location was close to a great shopping centre, and the heart of town, lots of eateries & restaurants, we were on the wrong side of hotel for a view, but rooftop allowed us to look over the Pioneer River, Room was beautiful.

There was a lot of dust in the rooms (on ceiling fans, around pictures and mirror and behind furniture) my daughter has dust mite allergies.

CLEANING NEEDS TO BE MORE THOROUGH, ITEM UNDER FURNITURE IN CLEAR VIEW AND NOT SWEPT OR CLEANED IN RECENT TIMES. ALSO MAINTENANCE ON UNIT COULD BE IMPROVE, WATER DAMAGED CEILING NOT REPAIRED WALL PAPER COMING AWAY FROM WALL, WOULD IMPROVE STANDARD.
