The place was very lovely. So comfortable with everything you need and many lovely extra touches. It's in a great location, walking distance to the beach, shops and restaurants. The owner had great communication and even let us check in a little early We had an amazing and very relaxing weekend.

The beds were a bit soft but I’m used to a harder mattress.

The amount and range of inside and beach toys. Was really great not to have to bring/buy extra toys for a mini break. Also liked the welcome basket with fruit, chocolates, biscuits and the dog food, bowl and blanket for my dog. It was a nice little touch.

The kitchen and bathroom were a little dark.

The host, Carolyn, is very prompt and efficient with any communication. The location was central to visit all areas of interest on the Mornington Peninsula and when we returned to the house, it felt like home. Carolyn ensures the house is spotless and beautifully organised, making life easy for visitors. Many thanks.

Perfect house, very well equipment, has everything you need. Fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, Comfortable bedroom, Wifi works well. Close to the beach, supermarkets are nearby. Carolyn is very nice and helpful. Strongly recommend staying this house in Rosebud.

Nothing to dislike apart from noisey concretors renovating next door early morning the week we were there but not a big problem

Great location near the beach. Home was clean and functional, we loved the small welcome touches upon our arrival. No detail was spared in making our stay so comfortable and enjoyable. Carolyn our host was informative and the biscuits, chocolate, fruit and pet food was an appreciated welcome pack and set a positive tone for our stay.

It was seriously all good!The couch might need an upgrade soon, only because the end sections are starting to sag, but no big deal. The beds were very comfortable, and the bathroom included nice toiletries and towels, etc. The kitchen also had lots of extras other accommodations we’ve visited haven’t, like serviettes, olive oil and quite a few tea and coffee options👍

As soon as we walked in, we felt comfortable. The accommodation had everything we needed, and the welcome hamper was much appreciated. It included fruit, Tim Tams, chips and a chocolate bar🙂 (our son is 15, so great snack pickings!), and there was yogurt, milk and butter in the fridge. Both the house and the garden were very well cared for.

4Shore Rosbud was the perfect place for our young family. Carolyn was clear with her instructions and so accommodating with the children, setting up the porta cot for us and leaving out a high chair for our use. There was also a welcome hamper when we arrived, fresh milk in the fridge, and toys for the kids to play with. The location is super close to the beach and shops. Would definitely recommend it.
