Only one toilet and shower. Breakfast provided but it wasn’t clear when booking that this was a self serve kitchenette arrangement. Adequate supplies (nothing fancy) but the kitchenette was busy and crowded.

Lovely restaurant. Lovely staff. Great location. Very clean rooms. Fantastic shared balcony.

    Nothing. Everything was great.

Royal Hotel Sea Lake is fantastic. Great location, clean, tidy, service from all staff was amazing, rooms were larger than we expected. We had a great stay. We will definitely recommend it to all of friends and family.

Location of the hotel was perfect for visiting Sea Lake and Lake Tyrell and the staff were very friendly and welcoming (even for our late check in) and returning to the hotel after going for a stargazing session at Lake Tyrell was no problem. Beds were very comfy with a choice of blanket / quilt to achieve the perfect sleeping temperature. Bathrooms were clean and the shower had good water pressure and temperature. Breakfast facilities in the shared kitchenette were perfect for our needs - a choice of cereals and bread for toast with a choice of spreads. (Also a fridge for your own food if needed) Breakfast was made even better by eating out on the verandah enjoying the morning sun!

    Nothing

Casual but great attention to needs and detail. It is a pub after all- we had people on the verandah but they were ordered off at 8pm and were polite and complied. Food was excellent.

Were really very happy with our stay. Had a bit of trouble parking, but being a Friday night the place was brimming with patrons.

When we drove into Sea Lake our first view of the hotel.was very positive. It looked beautifully presented and well maintained. First impressions walking inside and being shown to our room were just as good. The room was spacious and clean with a door going out onto the balcony...this was so cool! The separate bathroom facilities weren't that big an issue and they were clean and spacious. We had a delicious dinner delivered up to the balcony and sat enjoying the view of the township from above. Such a lovely country tlhotel that is worth a visit or a stay!

I have no complaints--it's not fancy and it's not pretending to be. It's just very good value for money.

It's a lovely refurbished historic hotel, with friendly and helpful staff, comfortable rooms, and great access to Lake Tyrell. The restaurant/bar has a great atmosphere and even better pizzas, and the rooms themselves are small but comfortable. There are common bathrooms, but they are both very clean and really well appointed. There's a kitchen for making simple breakfast, as well as everything you'd need to do so. A really lovely space!

Nothing negative to say about this hotel; just require better locks on the bathroom doors.

Right in the centre of town. The hotel has been renovated both externally and internally, a beautiful venue.

Highly recommended. Excellent value for money, good sized rooms, with air conditioning and a ceiling fan - essential for Sea Lake! Shared bathrooms/toilets, but very close by so it was not an issue. Wonderful veranda overlooking the town, perfect for having a drink on. Pub also has first class meals which are a cut above the standard pub fare you generally get in regional Victora. Basic breakfast included in the price. Staff very friendly and informative about Sea Lake and the surrounding district.

Right in the heart of Sea Lake. Our main purpose of the trip was to visit Lake Tyrell which was only a 10 minute drive away. We were shown around the hotel by the lovely Janine who was very friendly and welcoming. We also had dinner in the hotels restaurant which was very good.

it was a warm night and because the ceiling was so high the A/C and ceiling fan struggled a bit cool the room.

Didn't stay for breakfast, however local cafes all within walking distance of the Hotel.
