Some of the facilities in our cabin were probably a little bit outdated.

The owners are both very lovely, we were in timely and prompt communication with Adrian on the day of our check-in, and Arian made sure we were able to find the accommodation with no problems. The next morning we were greeted by Arian and Marianne for a lovely breakfast overlooking the back garden under the beautiful morning sun, Adrian would also provide recommendations on where to visit and what to do near by. We also enjoyed meeting some of the pets/animals :) Our overall experience was very positive.

Fabulous relaxing weekend! Marianne and Adrian were great hosts who found the balance of being there when you needed but giving you space. The breakfasts were beautiful and it was magical sitting in the winter sun on the verandah. Do yourself a favour and book dinner. Took our Labrador and she was very welcomed. Regrets - should have booked a 3rd night and should have booked 1 1/2 hr not 1 hr massage.

We were not told about the $100 pet fee which was unexpected, as booking.com said pets were allowed with no extra charge. The hosts were unaware of this and did offer to waive it for us, but we felt only fair to pay given its their policy. Hopefully it will get changed on here and on their own website too as I couldn't see it on there either. The cabin was mostly clean however there was a very thick layer of dust on the blinds and some other hidden places, so just a bit more attention to detail needed.

Cabin was a great size, big kitchen with basic equipment, log fire was perfect, large comfortable bed, had total privacy, beautiful woodland outlook from private balcony and nice short walk we could do with the dog from our cabin. The home made breakfast was outstanding, as was the lovely verandah setting at the main house...highly recommend to include that in your stay! Location was great, near the main road but felt much more remote with no Wifi or signal, perfect :) Local IGA 5 mins drive, a good few lunch spots, Bilpin cidery, and a great pub with lovely friendly staff. We didn't want to leave!

Communication about what was included/not included could have been improved a bit. We weren't clear if breakfast was included (booking form said no, $30 pp) but when we left not having eaten breakfast, they took some money off as we hadn't eaten there. There were no tea towels, only one spoon and not enough toilet paper - not major problems, and could be easily fixed. And it would be helpful if there was some written info onsite, like what the internet password is, and instructions re BBQ for example.

Marianne was lovely and met us at the location. She was super friendly and keen for us to enjoy our stay. She forgot to give us the keys I think, which might not have been an issue except that the door itself locked and we couldn't get out! So then Adrian had to come and unlock us/give us the key. The location is beautiful, and the outlook just lovely.

We stayed in the Paddock cabin, which is a little tired. The facilities are basic though provide pretty much all you need.

Breakfast was wonderful (though we didn't realise it was included). The grounds are beautiful, even in torrential rain! They are set among beautiful bushland, which our dogs loved. The birdlife is amazing. The main house is also available to guests, which is great. The hosts also helped us build a fire, which was super helpful!
