Could have been cleaner. The grout in the shower could use a good scrub and the table lamp shades had stains. Toilet seat was the wrong shape for the toilet and was not secured to the toilet well. We did notice quite a few Christmas beatles trying to get in, and some succeeded. Overall, the whole place is a little run down but still functioning.

We liked the price, the buffet breakfast and the beds were comfortable. Our family room had plenty of space. Not as bad as I expected after reading some reviews. Staff in the buffet area are friendly. I'm glad we gave it a chance, and we would return for a good deal.

Bugs could come in from the cables in the corner of the room. There were bugs on the bed when we got in.

There was no drinkable water even I sing saying boil water before using. UnLike every other ibis they didn't even give bottle water.

The drive into Civic each day was a tiny inconvenience, but more than made up by the comfort and setting of the hotel.

Setting was delightful - like cabins in the countryside. Breakfast was very good. Peaceful setting among the birds and rabbits.

The housekeeping (floors), one bed had rubbish still under it. One bed sheet had a stain, like when food dries and u can just flake it off. Lol. So not sure maybe beds that r not used don't get sheets n all changed. Recommendations; Inside mat. Fix the fly screens, change torn curtains. Close all old air conditioning vents.. And a MICROWAVE in the unit/dominitory room.

8 bed unit, both both rooms had air-conditioning, bathroom renovated, bed was comfy besides from one that looked smaller then the rest. Coffee & tea facilities. Big pool, but not clean. Water was smirky. But kids still enjoyed it. Had restaurants for dinner, outdoor woodfire pizza oven area. Had buffet breakfast, but we were not told if u prebook your breakfast, you pay a slightly discounted rate. And that kids under 15 eat free. Had a gym laundry mat, but should place washing powder dispencer for purchase. It was a nice stay. See some wild life at night.

The guy on reception seemed to have had a personality removal. Not at all friendly considering he is the public face of the venue. The glass roof in the reception lounge area drips water during rain. General grounds' maintenance is lacking.

Good value. Good breakfast. Handy to local pub and convenience store at service station. The young lady on reception was very friendly and helpful - well-suited for the role in hospitality.

Location and misleading information that hotel location. The hotel is located in NSW not in ACT CANBERRA!!!

The hotel location. Is NSW not ACT Canberra!!! When this hotel advertising that it is in Canberra ACT and in real it is not.It is far away from Canberra ACT. The hotel is comfortable bit location is not good at all.

If the family stay in hotel with child you can must provide the microwave service . I wanna stay 2 nights . I can’t go outside bcz it’s very dark & the light is too low . Due to which I could not go to the reception to heat the milk of baby . Bcz reception is far for my room . & microwave service is available on reception only . That is to hard for me.

The level of noise. There was a group of girls screaming next to our room until 0130am and the in room phone didn’t work, the reception also wouldn’t pick up their phone when we called through on our personal phones at 0100 to deal with the problem. I had also prepaid for two double beds but when I got there they tried to put us in a room with a bunk bed and a double.

Car park could do with re surfacing, and perhaps a little landscaping around the place would be a nice touch.

The buffet was fine, the kids enjoyed it. The place was nice and tidy overall. Perhaps a little dated/tired but well kept with nicely renovated rooms. Friendly and helpful staff.

It was very hard to find the room as there are many rooms it would be very helpful for the customers if someone could guide me to find the room. Especially in the night hours. I was looking for each room to locate my booking.

Only downfall for us was thats the included Breakfast didnt open until 7am which was a shame as we had to check out by this time.
