The price at $260 per night during the week I felt was a bit steep. My friend and I stayed in a two bedroom unit and there was only air conditioning in the lounge room which was disappointing as the bedrooms got quite hot through the night. I did leave the window open (which did not have any screen so a bit scary if you had young children) but the bin man came at some ungodly hour of the morning and the noise with the window open was not good!!

The location of this hotel is perfect. An easy tram ride into Surfers Paradise for some shopping and walking distance to the beach, the casino and all of the restaurants and bars around Broadbeach. The staff or the couple that run the hotel are lovely. They could not have been more helpful and also allowed us to check in a bit early when we asked if we could park the car so that was a bonus.

Great place for a good view of the beach, hearing the surf, short walk to convention centre, close to the shopping and restaurants. Ideal place for a great vacation or business stay. Good staff, safe and secure place to stay.

My only complaint is outside the control of the property, that was that, being on ground floor overlooking the road, Cleanaway would arrive early and “crash bang”; next time we will request apartment away from this.

The property far succeeded our expectations, although reception was unattended, our entry experience went without hitch as they had covered all bases so as to speak. Our apartment was fully catered for all needed.

The location is excellent. 5 mins to the surf club, beach, shopping centre (Woolworths) etc Our apartment was quite cold and was not prepared for what was not included of which we are used to, but it is only 3 star. Had to hire beach towels, no clean towels unless u stay more than eight days, no washing up liquid, sponge etc, $2 for extra toilet paper, only aircon in lounge room, not shampoo or conditioner

lifts are very slow. check in was a little hard as we weren’t advised prior to checking in that the reception would be closing at 12.30pm. refuse room was dirty and had maggots on the floor

Location could not be better, right in the heart of Broadbeach directly across from the beach. Complex is aged, however apartment has been updated and was well presented. Staff were amazing, even coordinating some complimentary tickets to a local cabaret show. Would definitely stay again.

The bed was really uncomfortable. I think it was a new bed, but it was hard.

The Appartment was spacious and the location was awesome. The pool area was also great.

Non serviced appartment -understood, but only a starter kit. 1 toilet paper, no trash bags cheap staff in a value of 10$ when you pay thousands for few days..time to buy new sharp knifes. Customer service is 5*, thanks Nathan for all possible help.
