I booked the stay especially for my 4 year old. Adults not being able to go down the slide with their little ones is isn’t great. My soon didn’t use the water park at all because he didn’t have someone to help him or make him feel comfortable. The games room is horrible.

Sofa was very uncomfortable. TV was old and unable to watch Netflix or cast from phone. No hangers in wardrobe and no shelves in bedroom, so nowhere to put clothes away. Common areas, ie. stairwells were dirty.

The iron and ironing board were shocking! They left marks on the t shirt I tried to iron. The resort is not suitable for those with mobility issues (not an issue for us but just be aware).

All Staff were fantastic! The kids club and activities available at the resort for families were perfect. The pools were great, great location.

5/7 we were there the splash area was out due to maintenance. We were told this days before we arrived which was disappointing as it was the main reason we'd chosen to stay here. No room servicing in 7 days stay. Washed our own sheets and vacuumed and cleaned bathrooms.

Good location with supermarket next door. Two bedroom apartment had everything we needed including dryer and washing machine. Kids loved the Pool facilities. Great BBQ areas that were free.

The beds were to hard for our liking. Even though it's not a big issue... It would be nice to have a shower rack or shelf in the main bedroom shower to put your shampoo and conditioner on so they aren't on the floor (there was only a little soap tray) and maybe another shelf on the wall near the vanity to sit your toiletries on as the vanity was quite small.

The two bedroom apartment was very clean and spacious, the kids had a great time at Splash zone and our 6 yr old had a great time at his session at kids club. Would definitely book again as location was great for our agenda.

Great Family resort kept the kids entertained throughout the visit. We utilised the onsite restaurant, all pools plus the tennis court and underground secure parking. Staff were amazing at check-in and whenever we had a question they were more than happy to help.

Our bathroom plumbing was blocked and flooded everywhere, but we were then provided another room. One of the staff weren't very friendly or accommodating at times at front reception. Others were lovely and really helpful.

The resort was very kid/ family friendly and well planned out. The kids had a great time and didn't need to leave the resort most days. Great that car park is underground so the kids could run around the park. Would def stay again.

When we arrived we were told the lounge was wet because the cleaners had to clean it from the previous people . It stayed wet for a few days so we couldn’t use the couch . We did alert the staff about this issue . Rooms are very outdated but it’s not a deal breaker

The wi-fi and internet was very bad. The streaming services were available in one room and not in the other. Impacted the children but in turn impacts all of us

Not much to not like. Only thing was crossing the road to get to the beach which wasn’t too much of an issue.

Facilities , restaurant, and staff were helpful, fun and really polite. Rooms were clean. Resort was perfect for our group of 8 adults & 9 children!

One pool was closed which made the other pools very busy. It’s been 2 weeks since we checked out and no deposit back. I find it very strange. Stayed in many places all around the world and this has NEVER happened. The previous resort we stayed in paid back our deposit within 24 hours.

Great facilities for kids, they had a blast. It was a pretty good price for what you got. Food good for the kids at The Deck Staff super friendly

The dryer was noisey and the ceiling fans were noisey and didn’t work on all settings. I let the staff know about this. An oven tray would have been nice to have also.
