The building and apartment are a bit tired and could do with a bit of a spruce up.

Location was fantastic, close to beach, restaurants and shops. Views from the room were beautiful. Great to have undercover parking available and Staff were lovely.

Great location, very close to beach, and tram. Apartment was clean and comfortable, and had everything we needed. Indoor and outdoor pool, spa, mini tennis court, and kids game room. Underground free parking (bit of a tight squeeze, but we had a small rental car, so no problem) Would definitely stay here again!

Cutlery needs updating. Oven needs good clean, also behind furniture very dusty. ( Saw this when trying to find where to plug my phone charger.) Had problem with TV, kept losing signal, but stuff did everything possible to help fix the problem.

We arrived late and we used the out-of-hours number. But they couldn’t find the booking to therefore let us into the building. This was despite receiving all communication from Seacrest the day we checked in.

I booked for ocean view two bedroom apartment All 60 photos on booking site has full open front ocean view in. Living room My was tiny corner ocean view with trees in front No table and chair on balcony with view Only bar chair Suppose to be two singles bed on the second room but end up a double bed So two adults cannot share that room One adult has to sleep on the sofa the entire time Informed for pest control spray in common areas and apartments They come with a key regarding people are in there or not Dryer did not work and management could not make it work either

TV in lounge only had Foxtel channels and mirrors weren't clean otherwise everything else was wonderful.

Ocean view spectacular, patrolled beach across the road, 1.2km walk to Cavil Ave, quiet end of the coast. Will definitely stay again.

The oven and dishwasher do not have readable instructions/position labels. You have to guess what cycle you’re choosing for the dishwasher and figure out what option you’re choosing when using the oven by trial and era. There is a major construction site across the road but it really didn’t bother us and actually provided some light entertainment. Work hours on the site are from 7am till 3pm.

Comfortable, clean and plenty of space. It is located across the road from the beach and within 15 minutes walk to surfers paradise cbd. The pools and sauna are fantastic and parking is secure.

The manager was a goose and is the only reason we wouldn't recommend. Not realising the dishes needed to be washed, the boys were 20 minutes late getting out of the room when the manager came up yelling that the cleaner had to get in. No cleaner was around or had knocked. They finished doing dishes then left 5 minutes later. Still no cleaner "waiting". They were charged $50 for late departure and not cleaning the toilet. Also, on my credit card another fee appeared to be mistakenly charged but was corrected so no issue, just dodgy. Had numerous weird messages from the manager about the issue and let's just say, customer service isn't his speciality.

Excellent view, nice amenities in the room and other facilities.

Outdoor chair broke when sat on, person hurt. Informed reception who didn’t care other than to say it’s fine that it was broken. Apartment dusty, dirty towel from previous guest behind bathroom door.

Apartment had everything we needed. Great location. Awesome view. Easy access to public transport. Lovely Cafe across the road and an Ezymart around the corner. Easy 1km walk to Cavill Ave.

Only one aircon, dishes weren’t properly cleaned when we first arrived. Pillows were super hard and uncomfortable, we had to buy new pillows. Washing machine worked when cleaning our clothes but dryer didn’t work, we had to use one of our friends dryers to dry our clothes.

I was disappointed that the view that was advertised was not what we received. Could do with more maintenance and some fresh paint. The balcony door was very hard to open and close.

With a few little adjustments, like new pictures and couch pillows our apartment could have easily looked a little more modern- please consider! Accessibility- was a little hard for me as there are entrance steps and I was nursing a broken ankle. You could use the lifts from basement if you had a vehicle but this did make it a little more challenging to get in and out of the building, and you would need to consider this if booking with mobility impairments.

Location is fabulous, access to tram line, esplanade path, beautiful ocean views. Spacious apartment, really clean. Indoor and outside pools, and the sauna was a treat. Excellent value for money.
