The beds are too hard, the dvd player doesn’t work neither does the cd player, some minor things need fixing ie kitchen cupboard door needs hinge fixed rug is torn and needs replacing overall ok

The sheets in the main bedroom were dirty like someone had stepped on them with shoe imprints. Staff unorganised. Even though I asked to come in early I wasn’t informed if this was ok or not so came in the time I asked for only to have to wait too long. Then staff asking me to confirm if the payment has been done. Asking me to send a picture of my husbands credit card to the owner but I refused. I sent my husbands licence and proof of the payment coming out of our account. They took a $300 bond payment. It’s now been 4 days and it is still pending in my account.

I had to wash up cups and plates before we could use them as they had been left dirty. There was no dishwashing liquid for us to use had to buy our own. We had the handyman sent to our room to fix something but he never came until quite late at night. Also would like better curtains in the bedrooms to make it darker.

It was close to lots of things which made it easy to get around. Lots of room for us as a family

Not particularly clean. Blinds are paper thin - don’t block out any light (streetlights, signage, sunlight etc) whatsoever.

No soaps/detergent to wash clothes were provided. Luckily we were carrying soaps with us that's why we had no problem.

Tram stop and grocery stores were at walkable distance. Beach was very close to our hotel.

Apartment furniture and fittings very worn and quite dated. Kitchen was very superficially cleaned. Stove top, floor were particularly still greasy,soiled. Carpets were worn and lifting in doorways. Paintwork was peeling in various places.

Good location, close to transport, nice views. Walking distance to beach,shopping,restaurants.many attractions. Ample appliances provided for cooking, washing.

The apartment was left dirty, overall it was grotty and really needs a clean and some general maintenance done. The kitchen sink leaked underneath into the cupboard, the cooking pots etc were not clean and other cleaning matters I took photos of. The pool area also looked more appealing online.

The size of apartment was great, beds relatively comfortable and living space good. While on a busy street it was good location and not too noisy.

The cleanliness of the apartments in general were subpar. The hotel room showed evidence of not being cleaned before check in with dirty glasses, hand prints on walls, hairs on the ground and a blanket shoved into the drier. The windows/floors in the communal pool weren't clean. The rubbish bin in the pool area didn't get taken out for our whole stay (11 days). This property would more suit a Schoolies week etc but didn't live up to the photos or description of the website. This apartment would have been nice if there was maintenance completed (fresh coat of paint, furniture upgrades etc).

We liked that the property location was central and close to the Trams and other public transport. It was convenient there was a pool/spa onsite to utilise for our sporting recovery session and was nice and quiet. We had two cars so one had to do street parking and there was always ample room. Great sized apartment!

my only real complaint would be when I booked it it said level 5 to 11 for these cheaper unit, but 4 levels are underground car parks so we had level 5 but it’s the first floor so no view. ahh the balcony needs a good clean because your feet turn black in 2 seconds of being on it and have to wash them every time you go out there. 2 little things but it’s worth the money if you want budget accommodation.

it’s still within walking distance of surfers CBD, Timezone and clubs and all that you need for a holiday. the staff where great, the place is big enough for a family of 4, they had Foxtel as well.

The cleanliness of the apartment was terrible. Floors didn’t look vacuumed and cupboards and drawers in bedrooms hadn’t been wiped out. Bathroom door had a terrible squeak every time you opened or closed it. Beds had clean sheets which was great and shower was good.

Location to everything in Surfers including public transport was very good. View from our apartment was amazing
