very well located for coming into and getting out of Adealide. Spacious rooms, clean and comfortable. Quiet, windows could be opened. the basic breakfast was adequate and enjoyable. good laundry facilities.free newspaper.

I would like my bathroom sink/ shower/toilet to be cleaned at least once in 4 days and also to vacuum more often. The shower after 2nd day started having a smell and also the toilet. Also the curtains didn’t covered the window properly and a light outside of the bedroom which was open all night it was an issue for me for the night sleep. I struggled a bit to sleep because it was like we had an open light in the bedroom all night.

First time in Adelaide and we loved the place. Our room was very nice and the bed was very comfortable. For breakfast we used to eat out but once I used the cornflakes that they’ve offered us. The breakfast was 2 slices of bread with some butter/Vegemite, 2 small juices, 2 small milks plus a small container of cornflakes. It’s was nice to have it but we didn’t used it.

Rooms were a good size, facilities were clean, close to eateries and shops. Was fast friendly and easy check-in and out. Perfect for a one or two night stay.

Something other than stale white bread ie wholegrain and cornflakes in a Chinese container. Ie single serve More milk ie not enough for coffee and cornflakes. Unable to have coffee in pm and in am Not enough coffee satchets for 2 people Need a shelf in the bathroom

Reception only worked till 7 p.m. which is strange for 4 star place so we had to rush in order to be able to check in.

Great modern room, noise proof and with insulation so it was very nice and warm without heating during chill autumn night.

Bathroom and room was not like pictures. Hasn’t been renovated since the 90s. TV streaming was unusable likely because the hotel was at capacity. Noisy window A/C. Room smelled like smoke, even though it was non smoking. Likely a room they give to unscrupulous folk and teenagers but because it was Easter they probably gave it to us because they were at capacity. Bathroom and shower were unclean, there was hair on the floor when we arrived and by day 3 it was still there. Mouldy grouting, shower floor had a layer of grime/oil/fat.

family room upstairs was a bummer. tackling stairs with little kids not the best. pool was very cold/too cold even on hot day, spa wasn’t open unfortunately. a queen rather than a double bed would have been nice as the bed felt small.

Spa out of action due to covid. Air con not working 100%. Self contained kitchen with a lot of unclean pots and pans, and knives and forks. Required cleaning everything prior to use. Also a lot of cob webs, and rundown. Needs revamp for the money that's being charged.

Very thin walls and right next to a major road. So I was kept up one or two nights by cars and other guests. Not that they were being obnoxiously loud, I could just hear everything. So, bring ear plugs.

Place was clean and staff were accommodating. I didn't use the free wifi but it was available. No issues getting in or out.

The only thing I could fault was the temperature of the swimming pool.

The service was exceptional! Staff we're very accommodating to me and my family's needs. The room was very clean and the bed was the most comfortable hotel bed I've slept on. Location was fantastic! We will return 😁
