This hotel is very clean, in a good neighbourhood (close proximity to four seasons hotel and the lakefront ), and the interior design is superb. Staff is super nice, polite, and helpful. I will be back and I will recommend to friends and family. Nice stay overall for a very reasonable price in Geneva.

The hotel is located in a great neighborhood, bus stops are ~5 minute walk, the Geneva Bus Station is 3 minutes walk, and the train station is 10 minute walk. It is also 2 minute walk from the lake with a lot of restaurants surrounding it. The staff were amazing and very helpful, always ready to answer any questions, I didn't face a single hassle while staying there. And on top of that, on my birthday, they left me a beautiful present in the room!

The sauna would be better left on to avoid waiting for it to heat up, it took 30 mins to get to proper temperature while we were sat in it.

Nothing comes to mind, it was really great.

Beautiful lobby/lovely hotel overall, staff very welcoming and very helpful. The location is ideal, central but yet very calm at night. We also very much appreciated the nice small attentions towards us and our baby, they've notably offered some nice soaps/creams, we found it really sweet!

Great location, clean & relatively spacious room (for Geneva!), friendly staff. Can't beat this in Geneva in terms of value for money. will return.

We were next to the cleaning staff's offices which could get a little noisy. The rooms are a little dated, but still excellent.

Staff were friendly and provided excellent service. Rooms were large and comfortable, and there were great restaurants within walking distance from the hotel.

The lady who assisted us with check in was a trainee. The reception was full of people checking in and there was no additional staff to help her with the demand. Showers overflowed out of the bath which was not great.

Location is PERFECT! The staff were friendly and it was a great stay in Geneva. Breakfast was delicious and there was a lovely variety for the whole family.

The rooms are a little dated, could be improved to look a little fresher and modern.

The carpet floor doesn’t look clean. Lighting wasn’t sufficent in the room. They can put water in the room daily.

The location is perfect, close to the lake and 5 min walk to Cornavin station. Breakfast menu needs more green and cheese selection. The signature room was ok for 3 of us. We loved the shower.
