The position and view on the beach was fantastic and within walking distance to nice cafes

That my holiday had to end

The location is second to none. We wanted to be close to the beach and feel the wind off the waves and not be stuck high up in a tower. The facilities are all well maintained and accessible. I will never forget the sunrise I saw from my little table on the balcony. Amazing

the hardness of the lounge and bed, similar to lying sitting on rocks. There were ocean/ beach views, but the way the lounge was situated you couldn’t see it, so I moved it so you could. the 2 shower stalls were old fashioned, you had to step up and over a brick step in the ensuite, and in the other it was almost 40cm high. not really suitable for elderly people. the cupboard doors the kitchen were a mismatch, ie didn’t fit together. the unit was a mix between 70’s and 80’s

There was nothing to dislike about the place. However Darenay building which we stayed this time has slightly limited ocean view compared to the main building last time.

Facilities were great but lets not scrimp on the toilet paper would appreciated at least 1 spare roll, buy het a minor grip for a wonderful location.

Great location, far enough away from Surfers, great location really enjoyed the BSKT cafe just a short walk.

This is right on the beach, views of ocean fabulous. Apartment very clean and spacious. Easy walk on the beach to Burleigh Heads or Broadbeach. Local shops and cafes were great, no need to venture too far if you don’t want to. So lovely to sit and relax and watch the ocean. Highly recommend. Would definitely stay again.

Cleaning was not 100% - my 2 year old found a nail file and pill box within an hour of being at the property and the aircon units were very very dusty.

Great location, two doors from the surf club and a good child friendly cafe and walking distance from plenty more stores. Very quiet location and perfect on the beach. Very comfy beds. Nice spacious unit, great for families. Hospitality of check in team was really good too. Would stay again in a beachfront unit.

Inside was a bit spars, needed more warm furniture just needed more effort and the paint around doors missing looked grubby, maybe a nice rug everything was grey

Great view, kitchen was new and everything was there you needed, the bed was great and king size also had view of the ocean, location 1 hr walk to broadbeach would book again.

Apartment was a bit run down, duvets and facecloth were not provided, no light in main bedroom, 2nd bathroom had a lingering smell although we hadn't used it. Was dissapointed for the price I paid 😞

The apartment is very basic. Everything needs renovation. It is fairly uncomfortable and not very clean. The hairdryer was cheap and covered in a white film which looked like dry shampoo. There is no coffee machine. The furniture is uncomfortable and they didn't even supply shower gel, just a tiny soap. The windows looked dirty. Beautiful view from the balcony but the outdoor furniture was so uncomfortable. There were no lamps in the living area just the bright spots. It's fine if you're happy with a beautiful view and beach access but the accommodation is nothing special at all. It's a classic example of not making an effort because they don't have to due to desirable location.

The view and location is fantastic. It has beach access and is a quiet beach.

The apartment we stayed in was not clean. We had to clean it ourselves. The shower screen was falling apart, and both bathrooms did not have ventilation/fan. No air-conditioning. There are no fly screens on Windows. I'm not going to stay here again.

It was near the beach. And close to shops and surfers paradise.
